A serial killer struck killing several residents but who died and who was the killer? And was that the end of the story after a helicopter crash into the sea? Plus Tom goes astray!
*Season 8 finale* EPISODES 1,147/148: In the finale, things come to a head between Mindi, Tom and Kate as both women tell Tom to decide who he wants and he says Kate. Noel visits Katie D who has a surprise for him: she's 5 months pregnant and he's the father! She wants him to look after the child when it is born but he is too stunned to think. The Tirnavos family find their restaurant is improving and Maria loses her virginity to Guy but seems to regret it later. Carrie gets devastating news when she visits the doctor: her mole is cancerous! When she returns home, she doesn't tell Harvey the news but goes into the bathroom and breaks down. Over in Las Vegas, the Tubb holiday isn't going well as there was an error with their hotel booking so they're staying in a motel. As Brad and Helen undress for bed, Helen notices a mark on his body that he never had before: but the mark was on his twin Rich's body! She is scared when Brad wants them to go for a drive but agrees. They find a place to stop and Brad proposes to her but when she questions him about the mark, it turns out that it was actually Brad who died four years ago when Brad and Rich fought and Rich took over his life as he loves Helen. She is mortified and runs off and he gives chase but things come to a dramatic head and she falls from one of the mountains and he leaves her...
EPISODES 1,145/146: Carrie is worried when her doctor refers her to the hospital for more tests and she nervously awaits her results. Helen, Brad and the children leave for their holiday in Las Vegas. Tom and Mindi visit his family but his mum notices a change in the couple's marriage and everything is revealed when Kate shows up as she refuses to be his mistress anymore. It's the final day of the pageant and Carrie has to pull out to go to the hospital but lies about why she quits. The winner turns out to be Tara but after a fight with Lucy results in the whole audience witnessing the event, the judges crown a delighted Zarah instead. Noel is surprised to get a phonecall from Katie D who urgently needs to see him and he promises to visit her tomorrow. Mia tries to get Raphael not to let Joey leave home but he says it's his decision.
EPISODE 1,144: On day 2 of the beauty pageant, Carl tries to help Tash win but it backfires and Hayley has to ask Tash to leave and she is furious and rows with him. Rebecca and 2 other finalists don't go through the final round of the pageant. Zarah has dinner with Carl to cheer him up and Robbie sees and is jealous. The Tubb family begin packing for Las Vegas! Tom learns there's been a death in the family and tells a furious Kate that he is going to see his family with Mindi as they believe they're still happily married and he needs to tell them the truth. Carrie waits for her test results. Joey tells his family he's moving in with some friends and Mia is upset.
EPISODE 1,143: The weekend's passed and Carrie visits the doctor who runs some tests on her! Noel meets with Beth for a final time to thank her for helping him but is still cross she lied to him. It's day 1 of the "Miss West Bridgford" beauty pageant and Carrie, Tash, Zarah, Rebecca, Tara and Lucy join the other 4 finalists and Tara and Lucy's hatred for each other nearly spills over onto the stage. Marilyn is keen to win Ian over and even offers him a job as accountant for the hotel and even offers him a proper room to live in and he agrees to think about it. Lanie invests in the restaurant and organises more publicity.
EPISODE 1,142: Noel's taken to the station for questioning over sex with a minor and Gwen is horrified to find out the truth. Carl confronts Beth who comes forward and tells the police nothing happened, she was lying and Noel is released. Jim and Heather go public with their relationship while Hayley gets the female contestants ready for the beauty pageant next week! Marilyn and Ian have dinner together! Carrie notices a mole on her back is seeping and decides to see the doctor.
EPISODE 1,141: Mindi thanks Kate for saving Louis during the riot and takes her to lunch, but things aren't what they seem! As Josh and Rebecca deal with wedding invitations, a stunned Josh finds the price for Rebecca's wedding dress. Ian returns to West Bridgford to be closer to his children again and moves into the hotel as he looks for a home and catches Marilyn's eye. Gossip goes into overdrive when a man, later found to be Beth's dad, punches Noel in the street after discovering their relationship.
EPISODE 1,140: The residents are shocked when Mindi Alverson-Griffiths returns to the neighbourhood with baby Anthony and has had a make-over and is intent on getting back together with her husband. She is furious to find just how much Kate has taken over! Noel makes it known to everyone he isn't seeing Beth anymore and she's distraught. Kate puts her apartment up for sale to show Mindi she isn't going anywhere! The pageant is getting closer! Rebecca refuses to move and tells Josh she will not be pushed out of their home by drug dealers.
EPISODES 1,138/39: The residents deal with the aftermath of the riot and the media descend to find out what's going on! The drug dealers who caused the riot are arrested, so it seems Josh is going to be safe! However, he worries about security and whether his family will be safe and wonders whether to find a new home for them. Kate goes to hospital and learns she has a broken arm but is happy as she saved Louis. Tom tells her how much he loves her and Louis thanks her. Noel confronts Beth who admits her true age and he is horrified and dumps her. She refuses to let him and introduces herself to Gwen as Noel's girlfriend. Lanie tells Raphael she wants to invest in the restaurant but he is unsure. Jim is upset that Heather doesn't want to go public with their relationship yet.
EPISODE 1,137: Kalmarton Avenue becomes World War III when some drug dealers come looking for Josh, who has gone to visit Odey. Events get too out of hand as they have petrol bombs. Some of the residents have to fight them and Louis is nearly injured but Kate saves him and injures her arm. Carrie and Harvey leave for Italy! One of Beth's friends visits Noel to tell him Beth is really 15! The police break up the fight and the dealers are arrested. Joey dumps Lauren and she goes running to Jim who isn't interested.
EPISODE 1,136: Harvey is furious to learn Carrie has booked for them to go away to Italy for a week so she can get a tan! Raphael is surprised by the response to the restaurant after Lanie steps in and asks her to help more often! Josh realises his life is in danger but doesn't tell Rebecca. Carl confronts Beth over her real age, but she denies everything. Jim tells Heather how he feels about her. Tash ruins Zarah's posters around the town.
EPISODE 1,135: Carl is suspicious when he sees Beth out wearing school clothes but isn't sure whether to tell Noel. Raphael is surprised when Lanie gives him ideas to improve the restaurant. Josh takes Samuel out and gets punched by some people and realises his life could be in danger. Hayley convinces Rebecca to have a designer wedding dress especially made for her. Carrie is determined to get a tan for the pageant and relaxes in the sun, only for it to rain.
EPISODES 1,133/34: Josh has an idea to get rid of the drug dealer, Brandon, living in Hunniworth Court and speaks to his friend at college, who visits Brandon and is after drugs. Josh has hidden a videotape in his friend's bag and it films everything. Josh takes it to the police station and Odey arrests Brandon. Tom is pleased to find Louis and Kate are becoming friends. The media get involved with the pageant and the Kalmarton Avenue women vie for attention. Beth tells Noel she doesn't want to meet his family yet as it's too soon which offends him while Carl continues trying to win Tash over unsuccessfully. Jim and Heather sleep together.
EPISODE 1,132: Carrie, Rebecca, Zarah, Lucy and Tara go to the town hall and meet the other women competing and do their upmost to stop them entering. Meanwhile Beth visits Noel and they sleep together. Lanie questions her son Raphael about the restaurant but doesn't reveal what she knows and wants to get more involved! Tash decides to enter the pageant as well. Josh uncovers another drug dealer living in Hunniworth Court but Odey can't do anything as he has no evidence.
EPISODE 1,131: Lanie finds the restauarant account book by accident and is shocked to find it isn't doing as well as Mia and Raphael are telling people! Noel is worried as he hasn't been able to contact Beth in a few days! Hayley and Rebecca go wedding dress shopping and buy other things besides the dress! Jim and Heather see that Joey and Lauren are a couple and get closer again. Kate buys Louis some sweets after school. Brad invites Helen on the family holiday to Las Vegas next month and she agrees.
EPISODE 1,130: While Kate sorts out getting Louis into order, Lanie asks Raphael if they'll see Stephano when they go to Greece and he tells her never to utter that name! Carrie and Lucy are surprised by Zarah's competitiveness over the pageant! Hayley reveals she's the presenter for the pageant and immediately gets some new friends. Meanwhile Jim, Lauren, Heather and Joey go on a double date and while Jim and Heather spend the evening talking, Lauren and Joey leave to go back to Lauren's apartment!
EPISODE 1,129: Rebecca and Hayley start planning the wedding but Rebecca is taken back by Hayley's eccentric plans! Jim challenges Heather by introducing her to Lauren, a woman he met last night and invites her on a double date. Maria goes for her exams but still feels ill. Harvey and Robbie clash when Robbie puts posters in the pub only supporting Zarah and Carrie has entered! Brad tells Helen he doesn't want to rush into things too quickly and she understands. Louis acts like a brat while alone with Kate.
EPISODE 1,128: Heather meets with Joey and asks him out for a coffee, knowing that Jim is going to be there! She flirts with Joey and Jim is hurt and leaves. While alone and hungry, Maria cooks herself dinner but is promptly sick after and Lanie realises she has food poisoning, which means she can't revise tonight and she has 2 exams tomorrow! Luckily Guy comes over and speaks to her about what they should revise! Josh surprises Rebecca when he employs a wedding planner named Hayley.
EPISODE 1,127: Lanie agrees to protect Maria and not let her go to Greece, until she learns Mia has brought tickets for everyone to go in the summer! Heather is shocked when Joey reveals he's her admirer. Noel takes Beth out and they share a kiss. Zarah starts making campaign posters as do several other residents. Odey and Lucy talk and she forgives him for kissing Tara. Rebecca agrees to marry Josh again! Helen is confused when Brad rejects sleeping with her.
EPISODE 1,126: Harvey tells Carrie about his plans to invest in the pub but she worries about the money! Noel admits to Gwen he's thinking about moving on, but he changes his mind after he meets a young woman named Beth when he goes to the pub for a drink. When Odey is questioned over leads after the arson attack, he also protects Josh and the case is closed due to lack of leads. Zarah asks for Robbie's help in winning the pageant. Lucy is sleeping in a different room than in Odey's bed!
EPISODE 1,125: When Tara reveals she's entering the pageant, Lucy also agrees and plans to beat her rival! While Maria finally returns home, Heather gets some flowers and is puzzled when Jim denies being her admirer. Joey goes to the casino but spends too much while Tash tells Carl she thinks they're better off as friends. Tom gets a call from Mindi to check Louis is okay. Noel contemplates leaving the neighbourhood. Gwen organises a ladies' night out and Patricia, Marilyn, Lanie and herself go out. Harvey tells Robbie he wants to become a partner in the pub.
EPISODE 1,124: An upset Lucy confronts Odey who admits he did kiss Tara but he was drunk. Lucy goes after Tara in public and slaps her. Tara tells her she's a no-hoper and will go to jail for what she's done! Rebecca visits Damian's bedside to see the man who almost destroyed her family. Leaflets about the pageant begin to circulate and Rebecca, Carrie and Zarah decide to enter, but Harvey and Josh aren't impressed. Carl and Tash go on a picnic which is ruined when they discuss the past (as Tash kissed his brother Noel!). Heather gets a romantic card and assumes it's from Jim.
EPISODE 1,123: Guy finds Maria when she runs away and offers her a place to stay but Maria refuses to see her parents. The summer weather is getting even hotter and Brad throws a barbecue at the house so he can announce his relationship with Helen. Carrie gets burnt and Harvey wants her to start wearing sun cream. Rebecca and Josh discuss their relationship and both admit they don't want to split up. Jim saves Heather after-work when she is almost mugged. At the barbecue, Tara tells Lucy about her and Odey's kiss.
EPISODES 1,121/22: Tom takes Kate out for dinner to show her he loves her but she wants him to sort out divorce papers. Meanwhile Rebecca confronts Josh over the fire and he confesses to her and she is stunned. She tells him she can't trust him now and says they can't marry. The next morning, Guy sees Josh sleeping on the sofa. The Tirnavos family also have problems: Mia and Raphael are embarrassed to find near-naked photos of Joey while Lanie confronts Mia over her plans for Maria this summer. Lanie's prediction comes true when Maria packs up and leaves. Marilyn, Patricia and Gwen go out to prove they're not old while Carl finally kisses Tash. The summer sun continues and while Carrie continues to take advantage of it, the residents learn about an upcoming beauty pageant.
EPISODE 1,120: Zarah turns 30 and celebrates in Heather's bar with her close friends. Tom and Kate manage to go after getting a babysitter. Zarah reflects on her last year and decides to have a good year this time. Jim and Heather have an uncomfortable morning after the night before while Odey knows Josh is behind the arson attack but Guy lies and gives him an alibi to protect him. Maria is devastated to learn she's spending the summer in Greece.
EPISODE 1,119: Odey questions Damian, who can barely talk, so Lucy is relived her secret won't come out. Odey arrests Damian for drug possession and Josh is pleased. Raphael agrees to Mia's idea but worries about their daughter's reaction while Heather and Jim share another kiss but they go to the bedroom. Adam catches Brad and Helen kissing and assumes they're dating while Carl goes to kiss Tash but they bump heads! Gwen has dinner alone and decides to change some things in her life! Rebecca learns more about having epilepsy.
EPISODE 1,118: Gwen finds herself feeling lonely in the house all alone and realises all her children are grown up! Meanwhile, Josh hears about the fire and learns Damian was severely burnt and realises he could be done for attempted murder. Marilyn is shocked to see a woman similar to her dead daughter Catherine. Tom and Kate have another row regarding Louis but manage to sort things out. Raphael and Mia secretly discuss sending Maria to Greece for the summer and Mia suggesting getting her married.
EPISODE 1,117: Ian tells Rebecca he's moving back to be closer to the family but she refuses to let him and says she's a grown-up now! Brooke spends her last day remembering old memories. Josh is furious the police aren't arresting Damian yet due to lack of evidence so sets his home on fire in revenge. Louis tells Kate she isn't good enough for his dad. Gwen throws Brooke a surprise going- away party and the residents attend. Brooke and Noel share a kiss after he drinks too much. Stacey leaves for London but Will goes with her and Brooke leaves for America with baby Mia.
EPISODE 1,116: Tom and Kate move their things into the Griffiths house as the apartment is too small and Noel sees, and makes them aware of his disgust. Heather talks to Will and accidentally reveals Stacey's plans to leave. He visits his estranged wife and begs her for one last try. Josh learns from Lucy who the main dealer (Damian) is. Noel talks to Brooke about how his life is crumbling. Harvey's enjoying working at the pub and Carrie is pleased things are working out. Rebecca returns home again.
EPISODE 1,115: Stacey and Brooke are both planning their departure, but while Brooke tells everyone, Stacey doesn't tell anyone. Helen makes Brad see that life goes on and they agree to another date. A remark from Guy changes Raphael's opinion of him. Tom and Kate have a row over Louis. Josh corners the dealer in the apartment block and calls the police after. Lucy feels guilty over taking the drugs and fears the main dealer, Damian will reveal all. The weather's still hot and Carl and Tash go out on a boat round the lake but it proves to be a stressful experience!
EPISODE 1,114: Having considered her future, Stacey takes the job offer in London but doesn't tell Will. Zorbas is running low of staff in the evening so Guy offers to help, but makes matters worse! Gwen talks to Brooke about everything they've been through, and that she deserves to be happy. Tom notices how miserable Brad is and urges him to speak to Helen. Louis causes problems for Kate then tells Tom a different story. Heather and Jim talk about the kiss but agree it was a mistake... or do they?
EPISODE 1,113: Heather sorts out another main office for Fidelity in London, and she wants Stacey to manage it! Will tries to make things up to his wife while the doctors tell Rebecca's family she has eplipsy. Josh is devastated and learns from Lucy that drug deals go on in his apartment block! Louis causes problems for Tom and Kate and he is late for school. Harvey starts work at the pub. Guy and Maria start their GCSE exams. Gwen learns about Rick and Brooke's split and urges her daughter to go to America.
EPISODE 1,112: Jim and Heather share a kiss after he tells her he blames himself for Karen and their baby's death. Harvey feels inadaquate and confines in Robbie who reveals he needs help with the pub and he gets a job. Josh pops out to the shops quickly and is horrified to return and find Rebecca collaspsed on the floor suffering a fit. Mindi leaves for Minnesota with baby Anthony, and Louis is determined to cause problems between Tom and Kate. Lucy is faced with taking drugs in front of the dealers, and has to do so! Brad tells Helen they can't be together because of the past and Dani!
EPISODE 1,111: Mindi can't face the world and struggles with Louis and Anthony and considers ending everything. She sees Dani's ghost and talks to her and Dani shows her why she shouldn't end everything and convinces her to fight for Tom. Mindi visits Kate's apartment to see Tom and tells him she's leaving West Bridgford for a while but says he must look after Louis. Marilyn is furious by her son's affair but is worried when Stacey tells her she's used to it now.
EPISODE 1,110: Tom and Mindi discuss their marriage and agree things haven't been good this year, she says she can't live without him, he tells her he is in love with Kate. Harvey has a job interview, but it goes badly due to his criminal record! Raphael gets to know Guy. Tash opens up to Carl about her illness which she feels she is now free from! Lucy gets some names for the police to arrest. Gwen is worried by how sad Brooke is and is given advice by Lanie. Jess leaves the neighbourhood.
EPISODE 1,109: Rick and Brooke spend an emotional last day together before he leaves for America, he gives her a ring and necklace. Meanwhile, Jess surprises everyone by revealing she's leaving tomorrow to be closer to her parents. Stacey takes the opportunity to expose Jess and Will's affair and humiliates them. Tom returns home to collect some clothes and Mindi breaks down in tears. When she sees Kate in the street, she attacks her. Lucy contacts her old drug dealer and they meet. Helen and Brad have their first proper date, something Mindi makes it known is wrong.
EPISODE 1,108: With the weekend gone, Mindi is devastated to learn that Tom spent the weekend with Kate. Noel also realises the truth about Kate's feelings and is hurt and punches Tom. Odey worries about Lucy's safety as she goes undercover for the police, but she tells him this is the only way she can feel comfortable staying around. Rebecca adapts to being back home but Josh is taking care of Samuel more than her! Brooke sees how much her mum needs her and tearfully rejects Rick's offer of going to America.
EPISODE 1,107: A huge row ends in trouble for the Griffiths family as both Mindi and Tom tell each other their secrets. Tom admits he is in love with Kate and decides to temporaily move out to think. Brad admits he has had feelings for Helen since she returned. Josh and Lucy return to the avenue. Maria refuses to have sex with Guy. Rebecca is released from hospital. Harvey visits a councellor. Rick shows up in the avenue to see Brooke but reveals he needs to stay in the US permanately, and asks her to come with him!
EPISODE 1,106: Tom turns 30 and celebrates! He is delighted by his surprise party but things turn sour when Kate tells him that Mindi isn't really pregnant. At the party, Brad and Helen share a kiss. Josh goes to Leeds and finds Lucy and offers her a deal. The police assume that Stuart is dead. Due to the complains, Tara offers to resign but her boss tells her not to. Mia tells Raphael that Guy is a bad influence and they should get Maria married but he is unsure.
EPISODE 1,105: Kate is suspicious about Mindi and her "pregnancy" after talking to Tom and does some investigating. Rebecca wants to leave hospital but is told she can't yet. Gwen returns home but doesn't like being alone. Harvey admits to Carrie how scared he became in prison. Tash and Carl's recent ordeal brings them closer together again. Robbie is embarrassed after yesterday but Zarah tells him it's fine. Carl notices a spark between Jim and Heather.
EPISODE 1,104: Mindi visits the doctor as she is desperate to become pregnant and lies to Tom about visiting the hospital, except Kate sees her out eating with Zarah. She decides to fake a miscarriage after Tom's birthday. Carrie notices Harvey isn't sleeping very well. Josh talks to Odey about getting the drug dealers and realises Lucy could help. Helen and Brad agree to go to Tom's surprise party together. Kate finds ways to avoid sleeping with Noel. Robbie mistakes a friendly gesture from Zarah and tries to kiss her.
EPISODE 1,103: 24 hours have passed and Gwen has been recovered from the sea and is in hospital while Stuart has still not been found. The residents are stunned the serial killer is Stuart and Carl complains over Tara's treatment of him the past few weeks. Gwen visits Heather who is recovering and is glad she is alive. Josh waits for the results of Rebecca's tests and is delighted she hasn't suffered any mental damage. Mia invites Guy over for dinner and Raphael is pleased how adult she is acting. Zarah seeks help over her eating.
EPISODE 1,102: As Heather lies wounded on the roof of Titan, Stuart refuses to let the police near until he and Gwen have got away. As they get in the helicopter, Tara sorts out following them. Odey tries to save Heather and rushes her to hospital and Carl rushes to help her and tells the others she'll be okay. Rebecca wakes up. As the police hunt for Stuart continues, the petrol in the helicopter is getting low and Stuart shoots the pilot. He tells Gwen, "Get Rich or Die Trying" before dive-bombing the helicopter into the sea. Odey, Carl, Brooke and Noel listen in stunned silence as the police report back over the radio on what's just happened.
EPISODE 1,101: Harvey's back home but is adjusting to normal life and notices Carrie's new-found independance. The police move in on Stuart, who refuses to come out but later requests a helicopter. Mia is stunned to learn about Joey and the women he has been dating recently and expresses her upset to Raphael. Helen and Brad have a coffee together to talk. Josh worries about his home being targeted by drug dealers. Tara has to allow a helicopter to arrive on Titan's roof. As the police try to get Stuart, he shoots Heather when she tries to get away.
EPISODE 1,100: It's 2pm as Heather arrives at Titan and the police are still searching for Stuart. Brooke unwittingly tells the police where Stuart is and is refused entry to Titan as the police arrive, meaning that Heather and Gwen are trapped inside. Stuart reveals that the killings began just after the wedding last June as it was a way to calm his anger down after the two of them always ruined his life. The two are stunned and Gwen is devastated to think he killed her son Sam and tries to attack him. Meanwhile, Joey and Lanie turn on Mia over her treatment of Maria, and she agrees to let Maria and Guy date. Carrie heads to pick up Harvey, who is released today.
EPISODE 1,099: It's near lunchtime on May Day and Gwen is trapped in an empty Titan with a mad Stuart. He gets his phone and calls both Heather and Brooke to the office as he wants a final showdown. Carl and Tash arrive in the avenue and manage to find Tara and tell her everything. She is unsure whether to believe them but calls the police to find Stuart. Odey mourns on the first anniversairy of Laura and his son Mark's deaths. Zarah admits to Mindi she hasn't been eating properly since Resh's murder. Josh is threatened by a drug dealer for grassing his mate up. The Tirnavos and Reid families have a talk.
EPISODE 1,098: It's May Day and Gwen meets Stuart early in the morning and refuses his offer of getting back together. She rows with him after the way he previously treated her and gets him angry and he hits her. They fight and she manages to flee in her car and she heads to Titan, with Stuart closely following. Having spent the night trying to get free, Tash and Carl make their way out of the abandoned house but don't know where they are. An angry Mia confronts Ian over what Guy said to her yesterday. Stuart holds a gun to Gwen's back and urges her to act normal before dismissing the staff for the day, so Titan is entirely empty.
EPISODE 1,097: Zarah visits Mindi to congratulate her on her pregnancy but is left reeling when she is told about Tom's affair and that Mindi isn't really pregnant, she just wants to keep her family together. Tom confronts Kate over her feelings for Noel and she says there's no-one else avaliable to be with. When Guy learns from Joey about Maria not leaving her room, he visits Mia and gives her a piece of his mind. Stuart tells Gwen he is not content with Marilyn and is still in love with her. She tells him she needs time to think and they arrange to talk tomorrow morning. Carl begins to get free but Tash is giving up hope on being rescued.
EPISODE 1,096: The doctors and Rebecca's family are pleased she is showing signs of improvement but Josh is struggling with baby Samuel and Ian helps out. Noel decides to try a relationship with Kate and Tom sees them out together. Brad and Mindi talk about their feelings since Dani's death and Helen makes another effort to apologise but he won't listen. Jess and Will's affair is rumbled when Stacey catches them together and she turns to Marilyn for advice on what to do. Marilyn tells Will what a bad son and husband he is.
EPISODE 1,095: Mia humiliates Maria during a family dinner and locks her in her room, leading to a dramatic row with Lanie. Raphael admits to Joey he doesn't know what to do anymore. Josh returns to the club to find out who spiked Rebecca's drink and discovers it is a drugs haven. He recognises one of the men there and shops him to the police. Tash wakes up in a room tied-up with Carl and both are unnerved to see Stuart talking to himself, although he is speaking to the ghosts of former victims in an attempt to decide whether to kill them. Odey is horrified to remember he kissed Tara.
EPISODE 1,094: Tash is snooping around for Carl and is watching Stuart very closely. However, her life is endangered when she sneaks into his house to find evidence he was involved in his disappearance and she is hit over the head by him. Chrissy is having nightmares and thinks there will be at least 3 more deaths before the killings end and she sees Gwen as a victim. Odey returns home without Lucy and Tara makes her move on him. Mindi plans to throw Tom a surprise 30th birthday party and both of them reveal her pregnancy to the residents, although they look guilty. Maria comforts Guy and a horrified Mia sees.
EPISODE 1,093: The weekend's passed and Carl's disappearance worries Gwen and Tara is still trying to find him. Rebecca remains in a critical condition and Ian's back from London to see her. Guy worries he will lose his sister! When the doctor tells Josh that Rebecca may never wake up, he swears revenge. Lanie holds a neighbourhood watch meeting to discuss Carl's disappearance and Gwen realises some of the residents think Carl's the killer. Stuart thinks no-one's connected him to Carl's disappearance until Tash tells Tara where Carl was going before he vanished. Tom and Kate try to deal with Mindi's bombshell and agree to end things. Tara searches Stuart's home but finds no trace of Carl.
EPISODE 1,092: Odey finally tracks down Lucy and she is cross that he found her. He tells her he wants her to come home and proposes to her but she turns him down and says he is too good for her. Josh and Rebecca go out for the night as Jess babysits for them and while Will visits her, the new parents go clubbing but tragedy strikes when Rebecca's drink is spiked and she collaspses and goes into a fit. Mindi asks Dani's advice on Tom's affair and when she sees Tom with Kate, she tells him she's pregnant! It's the day of Karen and her unborn child's funeral and Jim turns it into a small event. He names the boy Jacob. Carl views the tape and sees Stuart stealing the drugs. Stuart invites him over to talk, Carl tells Tash where he's going, and Stuart gags Carl when he shows up and then ties him up.
EPISODE 1,091: Zarah applies for a modelling gig but Robbie is still worried about her weight. Odey's in Leeds but is having problems finding Lucy while Mia and Lanie have a row about how different life is now for Maria and Joey and Lanie announces she's moving out until Raphael smoothes things over. Helen tries to get more access to her children as Brad is still mourning. Noel isn't sure about having a relationship yet and tells Kate. Marilyn, Will and Stacey have dinner together to talk and it goes well. Jim turns to alcohol and Heather tells him she knows how he feels. Stuart tells Karen's ghost he had to kill her as final revenge against Jim. Carl investigates the break-in at the hospital and finds the security tape.
EPISODE 1,090: Stacey almost catches Will and Jess kissing while Brad wishes him and Dani could have had a child together. Tara is getting out of control with her vendetta against Carl and is furious there isn't enough evidence to arrest him. Odey finds out Lucy is in Leeds. Will begs forgiveness from Marilyn but she is still cross. Steph and Simon leave West Bridgford again. Zarah and Robbie go to a club and are surprised by how much drugs are being dealt. Mindi tells Tom she doesn't want to live in West Bridgford anymore to see his reponse. Heather offers Jim support, who is planning a double funeral.
EPISODES 1,088/89: The weekend's passed and Jim is devastated his wife and their unborn baby is dead. Carl gets the autopsy results back and learns Karen was poisoned. Jim tracks down Stuart and accuses him since he threatened revenge. Stuart dismisses his claims but is taken to the police station by Tara, but once there, turns things around and leaves the blame at Carl's feet once again. Tara lets Stuart go and decides they need to arrest Carl. Rebecca is touched when Josh throws a small engagement party to show her people do care that they're getting married. Mindi hasn't told anyone that she knows about Tom's affair and talks to him about them having another child. Carl refuses to speak to Steph and tells her to leave West Bridgford. Zarah meets with Ranjeet and discovers he has a new girlfriend. Kate is furious that Tom hasn't left Mindi and goes on a date with Noel.
EPISODE 1,087: It's the day of Dani's funeral and the residents pay their respects. Chrissy shows up and reveals she's seen signs of death but her idea is dismissed as it's a funeral. She senses Karen or Helen could be the target and vows to watch them. Kate issues Tom with an ultimatum over whether he wants her or Mindi. Simon accompanies Brooke to the funeral. Carl sees Tara and Steph together and is furious to find out they're working together. After the funeral, Stuart and Marilyn head back to the hotel while Karen tells Jim she wants to pray in the church alone. He is worried because of Chrissy's vision but agrees to wait outside so no-one else goes in. Mindi goes home early and notices Tom has an answerphone message. She decides to read his messages and is horrified to realise he's having an affair with Kate. Meanwhile, Karen has been ages inside the church, Jim goes to see if she's okay and finds her dead inside although he can't figure out how she died.
EPISODE 1,086: Dani's mum tracks down Helen and blames her for the problems in Brad and Dani's marriage and bans her from the funeral. Helen lays down some home-truths though but ends up visiting Chrissy about seeing Dani. Zarah visits Ranjeet hoping they can catch up but is surprised when a woman answers the door in only a dressing gown. Simon tells Brooke he has feelings for her and she is flattered but feels he's too young. The new waiteress at Zorbas, Nia, catches Joey's eye and he tries to get Maria into trouble over her relationship with Guy. Carl finds the hospital store room's been broken into.
EPISODE 1,085: Tara secretly meets with Steph and thanks her for coming back to town and tells her to get close to Carl and find out if he's the serial killer! Matt's back in the neighbourhood to organise Dani's funeral as her parents want a cremation to take back to Minnesota and it isn't long before they row with Brad! Chrissy also shows up to speak to Mindi and both decide to work together to find the killer. Dani's ghost appears to Helen and tells her to find the killer before she becomes the next victim while Stuart tries to get rid of Cat's ghost in the house and tells her she deserved to die for betraying him and trying to go back to Ian. Zarah visits Mindi who is still upset and it gives her the inspiration to change her life as Mindi is staying strong. Marilyn and Stuart sleep together but he thinks about Brooke.
EPISODE 1,084: Dani's parents arrive in West Bridgford and stay at the hotel. Kate agrees to give Tom time with Mindi as she is distraught at losing her best friend and can't face going to work. Rebecca admits to Josh she isn't sure about marriage as no-one supports them. Will tries to put down a bid on a house but Marilyn stops him and tells him she wants the money she gave James back! Helen admits to Brad why Dani was in town when she died and he is horrified and tells her he can never be with her now. Mindi is visited by Dani's ghost and urges her to find the serial killer while Chrissy also gets the message.
EPISODE 1,083: The residents mourn Dani's death and everyone is devastated especially Brad and Mindi. Tom and Kate feel guilt as Dani knew about their affair but Tom tells Kate he can't leave his wife at the moment. No-one knows why Dani was in the car there and Helen keeps quiet. Stuart is delighted no-one has found him out yet although he is haunted by his old victims and Resh wants him to go to the police. Jim tells Stuart it was him who got him attacked after Heather shouts at him and Stuart swears revenge. Carl is shocked when his old friends Simon and Steph (from season 4) return.
EPISODE 1,082: On Good Friday, the Tirnavos family stay the day praying although Joey is bored. Because they're busy though, they miss all the other action around the avenue. Tom surprises Kate by suggesting they run away together and she agrees. Dani meanwhile is getting everything finalised for the move to America next week. She is devastated though when Helen visits and tells her about her and Brad's kiss. Dani slaps her and decides to speak to her husband. Elsewhere, Heather is terrified when Stuart confronts her, believing it was she who got the men to attack him. Dani is out in the car and heads to the town to find Brad. Just as she sees him with Mindi, she suddenly has a flashback to the night of Sam's murder and sees Stuart attacking her and killing Sam just as she sees him walking. In a moment of panic, she doesn't see the traffic lights change and her car is smashed into by a large truck. Brad and Mindi rush to her aid as Stuart also goes to her and Mindi sees them pull Dani out of the car alive but soon returns to reality as Dani is pulled from the wreckage and is pronounced dead.
EPISODE 1,081: Tara's getting more scared as she gets a mysterious letter, and searches it for any DNA. Will she get it? Gwen gets Brooke to talk to Carl but it doesn't go well. Jim uses some contacts and gets them to beat up Stuart after he closes the casino. The police find another body and suspect the serial killer. Dani warns Mindi not to trust Kate and Mindi worries he is having an affair. Brooke learns from Rick that he won't be coming back to England for a while and she is devastated. Carrie begs Mindi to take her on at the salon as a trainee as Dani's leaving. Maria sees Joey with a model while he sees her with Guy and both agree to keep it a secret.
EPISODE 1,080: Tash is a changed woman and is keen to show everyone just that. However, the gossip mongers discuss her and think she's still crazy. Tara gets a disturbing phonecall but believes it was Carl. Gwen tries to get her son to go to councelling. Mia is furious to learn Maria is falling behind at greek school. Dani's packing up the house and is cross Tom still hasn't told Mindi. Noel asks Kate out and she accepts. Brad tells Helen he has to move on. Jim fights with Stuart as Karen threatens to walk out on him.
EPISODE 1,079: Dani tells Tom to end the affair or come clean to Mindi. Kate is delighted it can come out in the open but Tom doesn't have the heart to tell Mindi. In revenge, Kate kisses Noel. Odey starts looking for Lucy by tracing her bank account but Tara gets a lead but doesn't tell him. She tells him to the pub and gets him drunk, and tries to kiss him. Rebecca is upset by Josh's parents' response to the engagement. Helen begs Brad not to leave as she is falling in love with him. Tash returns to the neighbourhood, shocking several people. Jim is furious when Karen yells at him.
EPISODE 1,078: Josh and Rebecca visit his parents with news of their engagement but they are not impressed and believe they're too young. Lanie wants to know why there's so much tension in the Tirnavos house and Raphael and Mia say it's because of the restaurant. Dani struggles with her conscience, particularly when she faces Mindi and Kate thinks Tom should tell her now. Chrissy confronts Heather about using her son and slaps her. Stuart tells Karen about Jim's casino scam in an attempt to get her to get him to stop. Odey is devastated after Lucy's departure. The serial killer watches Tara.
EPISODE 1,077: Brad and Dani return home, having found a rented home to stay in for a while. Josh proposes to a stunned Rebecca, who accepts. Tara taunts Lucy about how she has nothing now, and Lucy decides to leave West Bridgford. Finding some of Odey's money, she takes it, leaves a note for him and gets a bus out of town. Dani goes to visit Mindi but walks in on Tom and Kate kissing. Carl speaks to Dani about her memory. Robbie apologises to Zarah for intervering but says he's doing it because he cares.
EPISODE 1,076: On April Fools Day, Josh phones Ian to get his blessing for proposing to Rebecca and he thinks he's joking. Matt asks Heather out on a date after their night together but she turns him down. Odey doesn't know whether to believe Lucy, who is devastated, and she attacks Tara when she sees her. Carrie visits Harvey in prison to tell him about her job at the hotel. Noel accepts he needs to move on from Katie D. Mindi warns Kate away from her husband but she lies and says she already has a boyfriend named Luke. Robbie wants Zarah to see someone and she is cross. Mindi tells Tash to come home.
EPISODES 1,074/75: As Dani and Brad leave for Minnesota to look at properties, Helen takes care of the children but is determined to find a way to stop them going and taking the children. Robbie talks to Carl about Zarah and that he thinks she isn't eating and he is shocked to learn about her anoxeria. Despite the fact Lucy resisted drugs, Tara has incriminating photos which she happily shows to a stunned Odey. She agrees not to arrest her though as she knows Odey will deal with her. A furious Odey confronts Lucy and there's a blazing row. Lanie has coffee with Gwen and is later shocked to see Guy and Maria holding hands but keeps quiet when she gets home. Mia talks to Raphael about finding Lanie a new home. The two row about it. Tom and Mindi return home and Tom sees Kate flirting with Noel. Marilyn tells Will she wants him gone but he refuses to go. Carl notices Tara following him and threatens her to get her to leave him alone. Josh buys an engagement ring. Heather sleeps with Matt after she visits his home to see Chrissy.
EPISODE 1,073: Tara starts following Carl and she tells Odey she's positive he's the serial killer. She also meets up with Lucy's old drug dealer and tells him to offer Lucy drugs. Stuart can't believe Heather doesn't mind about Jim's scam and threatens to call the police. Jim tells Heather they need to get Stuart's shares. Rebecca sees Guy and Maria kissing but is sworn to secrecy. Mia is cross when Lanie tells her to stop being so strict on Maria. Stacey goes away for the night for modelling and Will and Jess spend the night together. Carrie begins work at the hotel as receptionist while a fuming Helen discovers Brad and Dani's plans to move.
EPISODE 1,072: Kate is furious to see Tom and Mindi leave the neighbourhood to bury Amy by his parents' home as he never said goodbye. Carrie applies for a job at the hotel and is offered Will's job while Marilyn offers Katie D's old job to Noel as he knows the hotel well and he accepts. Helen can't stop thinking about the kiss while Brad agrees to move to America with Dani. Tara releases Carl due to lack of evidence but knows he's the killer. Matt comforts Heather and she kisses him. Jim does a scam at the casino in order to boost its profits and Stuart is furious when he finds out.

At night, Tom beats him up and blackmails him so he doesn't go to the press. Dani tells Brad she can't live in West Bridgford anymore as it holds bad memories but he isn't sure. Robbie thinks Zarah isn't eating properly. Carl continues to protest his innocence but Tara finds one of his alibis was false, although he lied to protect Sarah. Brad saves Helen from being mugged and they kiss. Heather's one night stand goes to the press and Gwen is furious with her. Marilyn wants Will and Stacey out of West Bridgford.
EPISODES 1,069/70: Amy's murder spreads round the neighbourhood and Tom is devastated. Mindi tries to hide her jealousy as Tom and Kate comfort each other. Tom decides to bury Amy's body where his parents live. Stacey urges Will to ask Marilyn for the money so he does and she is furious. However, James visits to say he's leaving and that Marilyn paid him the money. Heather signs Joey up for modelling at Fidelity as he's getting famous and then she sleeps with the photographer after. Kate puts Carl in the frame for Amy's murder as she tells Tara he was yelling at her before. She believes he killed the other victims as well and arrests him. Carrie quits the pub after a punter hits on her. Jim is furious to find Karen helping behind the bar at the pub to help Robbie who is short-staffed. Tara tells Lucy she'll get her to leave West Bridgford one way or another.
EPISODE 1,068: The weekend's passed but Kate's concerned as she can't find Amy. Her and Noel have searched for her (as she owes rent) and Noel decides they should unlock her room to see if it has any clues. They get a shock when they unlock her room and find her dead. Kate is devastated and the police are called. Will and Stacey are currently staying at the mansion as Marilyn's kicked them out the hotel but Will and Jess find temptation difficult as they're living together. James tells Stacey he wants his money by tomorrow or things will turn deadly. Dani is frustrated that she can't remember stuff and shouts at Mindi. Brad plans a new book. Carrie's working at the pub!
EPISODE 1,067: Carl goes on the warpath after learning about the abortion and angrily confronts Amy, who is helping him to clean his apartment, who admits she knew it happened! Carl goes to the pub to get drunk as Amy finds Sarah-Jane's note. She heads to the graveyard and finds the videocamera and takes the tape. She goes home and watches the video in her room at Noel's mansion. She is shocked to recognise the killer and reaches for her phone only to find the electricity has been switched off. As she rushes downstairs to the door, the killer, wearing a mask, appears and they fight before Amy plummets over the stair-railings. Will tells Marilyn the truth about his past and James. Maria goes to Guy's to watch movies and lies to Mia again. Carrie decides to get a job.
EPISODE 1,066: The neighbourhood watch meeting doesn't go well as all the residents are in a panic. Meanwhile, Heather takes over Sam's shares in the casino which annoys Stuart, and Jim watches them to get Stuart out. Gwen tries to speak to Carl, who wants to be involved in Sarah-Jane's autopsy. He is stunned when the doctors reveal she had an abortion prior to her death. Tara confronts Odey about covering up Lucy's addiction and tells Lucy she'll find a way to expose her. Josh worries about his family's safety and thinks they need to get away until the killings stop.
EPISODE 1,065: Emily's upset when Joey cancels their date! Maria realises she likes Guy but shouldn't as he's not greek! Noel is devastated when Katie D refuses to let him visit her. When Sarah-Jane's body is discovered, the residents are in mourning and Lanie organises a neighbourhood watch. Carl is devastated and knocks Sarah-Jane's letter to Amy off a shelf accidentally when he collaspses. Kate wants Tom to leave his family as life is so precious but he says it isn't that simple. Tara uncovers Lucy's past drug addiction. Dani tells Brad she wants them to go on holiday together and he agrees.

Carl wonders where his wife is after he prepares dinner! Meanwhile, Tom tells Kate he loves her but can't leave Mindi. While Joey falls for Helen, Heather wants to sign him up for modelling due to his football status. Robbie and Zarah have a drink together and discuss their losses as Gwen and Patricia row over Stuart! Karen's bored at home! Lucy admits her insecurities to Odey and he is shocked when Tara hits on him!
EPISODE 1,062: Marilyn asks Will to try and get on with James as she really likes him and Will is unable to tell his mum about why James is really in West Bridgford. Sarah-Jane has to go to the police station for questioning and she can't believe she's been arrested. Chrissy sees murder in a graveyard. Emily has dinner with the Tirnavos family and Lanie tries to stop Mia from cross-examining Emily. Brit has to return to London. Dani tells Mindi that she doesn't want Brad to leave her so once she remembers everything, she is going to fake her amnesia longer to get him to stay. Noel visits Katie D who tells him he needs to get on with his life as she'll be in prison for a long time and he is devastated.
EPISODES 1,060/61: Tara confronts Sarah-Jane about her discovery and a shocked Carl also finds out and is upset he wasn't told earlier and he gives Sarah-Jane an alibi but afterwards, confronts her as he wasn't really with her! Patricia asks Stuart out on a date as she's feeling lonely and he accepts, they have a good time but Gwen sees them later on. Rick gets called back to America for a while as his mum is sick and a heartbroken Brooke bids him farewell. Lanie catches Joey and Emily kissing and decides to invite her to a family dinner. Will begs James to leave his mum alone and he'll give him the money back but James refuses to be ordered around by him and they fight in a corridor and a security camera catches them. Lady Marilyn sees and wants the truth - Will says he doesn't like James! Tom turns to Kate yet again but she wants him to tell Mindi and the neighbourhood and he isn't sure. Josh finds he has to watch Samuel all the time!
EPISODE 1,059: Tara starts investigating Sarah-Jane's background and uncovers a past inspection after a terminally-ill patient died in her care. Joey seduces Emily while they're alone. James steals a necklace from Lady Marilyn's room. Odey and Tara have a drink at the pub and talk about the new times. Robbie is worried at how the pub is getting more empty since the serial killings began. Brit takes Carrie shopping. Mindi tries to make her and Tom's marriage sexier but it backfires. Dani remembers something that happened during the week before her attack and is happy. Helen asks Brad if he still loves Dani and he says he isn't sure.
EPISODE 1,058: Brit returns from London to see Carrie, who isn't coping well alone at home. She tries to help with the cleaning. Will tells Jess he has feelings for her but she is unsure as he's married. James tells Will and Stacey he wants his money back soon, and Stacey wants to leave the avenue but he refuses to leave his mum with James. Nottingham Forest FC send a physiotherapist named Emily to help Joey recover and Mia isn't happy to find her in the house alone with Joey. Chrissy sees death around Sarah-Jane and while Sarah-Jane and Amy know it is due to the abortion, Tara suspects she is the killer as she went missing during Resh's murder at the hospital. Rebecca and Josh register their baby's name as Samuel.
EPISODE 1,057: Maria goes to the party with Guy and continues lying to her parents, although Lanie catches her out but agrees to keep things a secret. Vicki isn't impressed to see her there. Joey gets a groin strain while playing football and finds he can't play for a while. Sarah-Jane starts taking the pill to stop herself getting pregnant and she tells Amy she's scared of children and doesn't want to have one incase she does what her mum did as she ran off when she was young! Zarah and Chrissy contact Resh in order for Zarah to feel closure from the murder but Resh gives her clues in finding the killer. Lucy has a fight with Tara at the pub and Odey pulls them apart.
EPISODE 1,056: Zarah visits Chrissy at the funeral home and tells her she wants to get in contact with Resh as her life is crumbling and she needs her best friend but Chrissy is unsure whether to agree. Since Gwen helped him after Cat was murdered, Stuart tries to help a grief-stricken Gwen deal with Sam's loss as she still hasn't returned to work but she shouts at him. Heather is getting angier and ends up smashing a plate at home and feels alone. She tells Gwen she wants Douglas! She swears revenge on the serial killer, unaware they are listening! Zorbas opens and many of the residents go and enjoy themselves as there's dancing! Kate meets up with Tom in one of the function rooms there! Harvey goes to court and is sentenced to 3 months imprisonment since he feels no remorse and Carrie is devastated.
EPISODE 1,055: Sarah-Jane is feeling very guilty after her abortion, even more so when Carl says he thinks they should try for a child and she feels too much pressure to disagree. Guy invites Maria to a party with him after their project together is a success but she knows she won't be allowed, so lies to her parents about it. Jess avoids Will but ends up bumping into Stacey. Harvey tries to make Carrie see why he won't apologise to Dan. Ian returns for the day to see his grandson but Rebecca and Josh still don't have a name. Resh's ghost appears to Chrissy and tells her she was killed by someone in a doctor's uniform and the hospital could solve her murder. Tara has a new theory about the serial killer: it's a female!
EPISODE 1,054: Mindi visits the doctor and learns her glandular fever is going and is delighted. Meanwhile, Kate tells Tom she is in love with him which leaves him confused over his feelings for her. Mia stresses that the opening of Zorbas will go wrong and Lanie yet again has to set her straight. James kisses Lady Marilyn after taking her out and a horrified Will sees. After a long day, Will and Jess share a kiss. James tells Will he's going to ruin him. Harvey's trial looms while Noel visits Katie D and she tells him she's putting him in control of all her finances. Odey realises Lucy is jealous of Tara.
EPISODE 1,053: With Tash's sudden departure, Amy takes over the running of the PR company but doesn't really know what to do. Meanwhile, it's the day of Sam's funeral and Dani discharges herself to pay tribute to her hero for saving her. Heather, Brooke and Gwen are in mourning and Sam's ghost comes to them. He also visits Chrissy to warn her more murders will occur, and Tash isn't the killer. The Adams women visit Katie D and promise to get legal action but she tells them she deserves to be punished and they return home. Carl realises something is wrong with Sarah-Jane when she rejects having sex with him.
EPISODE 1,052: Rebecca's out of hospital but neither her nor Josh can decide on a name for their baby boy. Mia asks Guy to leave her home when she catches him studying with Maria and Lanie tries to show her how stupid she has become. Matt wants protection for his mum as she visits a hypnotist. The killer tries to get her but fails, but she comes out of the trance but still can't remember anything. Carol leaves West Bridgford satisfied by the murder trial. Noel is interviewed after he is finally seen as innocent. Sarah-Jane tries to pretend nothing has happened with her! Tash stuns her friends by revealing she's committing herself until she's better and she's going now!
EPISODES 1,050/51: Dani's awake but Carl reveals she has amnesia and can't remember anything since Valentine's Day. Tara is frustrated she can't interview her. Meanwhile, Mia is rude to the other residents welcoming her to the neighbourhood as she doesn't want to be friends with non-greeks. The jury find Katie D guilty of murder and Noel is devastated. Sarah-Jane tells Amy she's having an abortion and seeing her mind is set, she goes with her. Elsewhere, Tash sees Katie again and begs Mindi for help. Amy finds out what condition Tash is suffering from and she and Mindi show her what has happened to her life. Denise and Lindsay leave the area and Louis is devastated. James corners Stacey and reveals he's back to ruin her and Will! Chrissy has dreams of the serial killer but can't see the face and tells Tara she wants to go and see a hypnotist, but the killer is nearby and has heard! Matt helps Heather and Gwen with the funeral arrangements. Maria and Guy are put together for a science project and Mia isn't impressed. Joey and Raphael sort out plans for the opening of the family restaurant Zorbas.
EPISODE 1,049: Amy sorts out the final preparations for going into business with Tash. Tash is more upbeat now she can no longer see Katie. Tara confronts her for an alibi. The Tirnavos family move into Vanessa's old home on the day of her funeral! They're greek and comprise of mum and dad Raphael and Mia, daughter and son Maria and Joey and grandma Lanie. Zarah begs Ranjeet for another chance but he says she needs time to recover from Resh's death and get her life back together. The murder trial starts again with Katie D on the stand and Noel is discharged after the court is told he was innocent and knew nothing. The Titan/Livington family are still in shock and Gwen refuses to accept her son is dead. Brad and Mindi wait at the hospital for news of Dani, as she begins to wake up...
EPISODE 1,048: Robbie and Chrissy find Dani and Sam and rush them to the hospital. As their families rush to the hospital, Carl has to tell his mum that Sam has not survived. While Dani remains in intensive care, Heather goes to see Sam to say a final goodbye to him and swears revenge on the serial killer. The whole neighbourhood is stunned by Sam's murder. As one life ends, another begins as Rebecca gives birth to a baby boy. The next day, Gwen tries to make sense of Sam's death while Jess and Will work together at the hotel. Zarah is upset when Ranjeet ends their engagement. The murder trial is postponed for a day to make sense of Katie D's outburst and she tells the truth. Roberta and Carol end up in a fight about what's happened.
EPISODES 1,046/47: It's the day of Noel's trial and many residents go to the court. Roberta overhears Katie D and Rachel talking and is shocked by their secret. Will and Stacey appear to be scared of James, and he is busy charming Lady Marilyn. Mike goes behind Stuart's back and tells Heather what he's done to prepare her for Stuart's actions in return for money. Stuart is furious when Heather confronts him! Tara confronts Tash about her alibi's. Dani tells Brad she's going back to Minnesota for a while. Karen and Jim settle back into their apartment and he is cross he hasn't found a way to get Stuart's shares in the casino. Meanwhile, Rebecca goes into labour and Josh panics and rushes her to hospital. Elsewhere, at the trial, everyone is left reeling when Katie D stands up and reveals that she killed Jack. The trial is adjourned to deal with the revealtion. As night sets in, Robbie closes the pub early as not many people are around. Chrissy bangs at the door though and says there's going to be a murder and they need to prevent it. As they roam the streets, Dani has gone for a walk to clear her head after a row with Helen and is attacked by the serial killer. Sam hears her scream and rushes over to help her before seeing the serial killer and is attacked too...
EPISODE 1,045: A mysterious stranger checks into the hotel by the name of James Eidos, but Will seems to recognise him and isn't happy! Denise gets a buyer for Vanessa's house and immediately accepts it. Lindsay and Louis run away as Lindsay doesn't want to leave and there is a search party for them as Mindi is terrified since the serial killer is still around. Dani and Brad go out for dinner to try and talk but things are awkward. Carol's back in town as tomorrow is Noel's trial and the Adams women and Nicole are also back. Robbie continues trying to show his innocence. Everyone is worried for Tash as a priest performs an exorcism on her house.
EPISODE 1,044: Carrie talks to Tom about the verdicts Harvey could receive and ends up telling her husband that if he goes to jail, she will not be able to cope alone. Denise visits Matt to plan Vanessa's funeral and tells a devastated Robbie he cannot come to the funeral. Denise tells Lindsay she'll be moving to live with her. Viv leaves when Heather threatens her with a restraining order. Her and Sam make plans for their honeymoon. Tash goes to church and asks for help about Katie. Karen hands her notice to Gwen, and her and Jim start packing to move back into their apartment.
EPISODE 1,043: Despite Carrie's pleads, Harvey refuses to apologise to Dan as he feels he did nothing wrong. Meanwhile, Vanessa's mum Denise shows up and books into the hotel and plans to get custody of her granddaughter Lindsay. Mindi discovers Lindsay will be moved from her school. Tara questions Robbie, who ends up mentioning his insecurities, and Tara believes he killed Vanessa in jealousy. Stuart pays Mike four thousand pounds to give the full story on Heather. Rick admits he is shocked by Brooke's behaviour but still loves her. Ranjeet tries to stop Zarah's drinking. Viv begs Sam to get Heather to talk to her. Stuart rejects Lady Marilyn, who is furious as no-one has ever rejected her.
EPISODE 1,042: The weekend has passed and fear grips the avenue. Sam is relived to find he is no longer a suspect while Robbie is one since Tara finds that it was a text message from his phone which led Vanessa up to the church tower. Robbie maintains his innocence, claiming his phone vanished earlier that morning. Tom and Mindi are looking after a devastated Lindsay, who asks Louis for advice on how he coped after the deaths of his parents. Heather and Sam have delayed their honeymoon and Brooke comes clean to a shocked Rick about Mia's real parents. Stuart asks Mike to help him destroy Heather. Viv continues to beg for Heather's forgiveness.
EPISODE 1,041: It's Valentine's day but Sam awakens half-naked and chained to a lamp-post! Heather tells both of her visitors that neither of them are welcome at her wedding but Viv tells her she's left her husband to make amends with Heather. Chrissy shows up at Heather's house and begs her to call off the wedding or there'll be another death but she refuses to believe her. Robbie presents Vanessa with an eternity ring and she tells him she loves him. Mindi notices Tom has got 2 Valentine's cards. At the church, Dani and Brad go together. Odey gets a text from the killer warning that another death is imminent. Chrissy continues to warn everyone about the killer. Vanessa gets a text message from Robbie's phone to meet him upside in the church roof and confused, goes. The wedding goes ahead as Gwen and Stuart see Mike. As Heather and Sam leave the church now man and wife, the horrified residents find Vanessa outside dead - Tara realises she fell from the top of the church...
EPISODE 1,040: It's Friday the 13th and the eve of Sam and Heather's wedding. The pair even discuss getting Douglas back from Gwen! Marilyn and Stuart go out for a drink together and Patricia tells Gwen about it. Chrissy visits Tara to tell her there'll be a murder if the wedding goes ahead! The hen and stag night soon arrives and the men end up at the pub while the women have a party at the Livington mansion. Tara and Odey use the opportunity to try and make any advances with the serial killer's identity. Tara becomes suspecious of Tash after she gets drunk. Heather is horrified when her estranged mum Viv and ex-husband Mike show up. Viv is mad she had to hear the news through the tabloids.
EPISODE 1,039: Sarah-Jane continues to keep her news a secret from Carl which is causing her to sleep less. Amy talks Tash if they could become partners in the PR company and Tash agrees to think about it. Katie tells Tash not to kill Amy like she killed the others. Patricia watches as Lady Marilyn flirts with Stuart and invites him out for a drink and he accepts. Tom ends up back in Kate's arms when Mindi rejects his advances as she's tired. Katie D gets Jess a job at the hotel as a receptionist - although Jess has no experience!
EPISODE 1,038: Amy's popular for helping people: she consoles Sarah-Jane who is devastated that she's pregnant and also gives Jess advice for getting a new man. Jess also goes to the hotel seeking a job. Robbie's still insecure about his relationship with Vanessa and she assures him she wants no-one else. Rick almost discovers Brooke's secret thanks to Gwen but Brooke covers her tracks! Will and Stacey agree to remain in West Bridgford but know trouble will find them soon! And Heather rows with the caterers over the food for the wedding and Sam has to stop them from quitting. Tash visits the councellor again but doesn't see Katie and she is pleased.
EPISODE 1,037: Mindi tells Tash she won't go to the police as long as she continues to see her councellor and Tash agrees and says Katie is being evil to her. She still feels guilt for Mindi's fall and waking up with the bloody knife. Heather whisks Gwen, Brooke and herself away to a health spa for the day to show them she has changed. Robbie and Vanessa sleep together as Lindsay stays at Tom and Mindi's for the night. Kate goes shopping with Lucy and both look for Valentines presents. Lucy reveals how jealous she is of Odey and Tara's friendship. Helen surprises Brad and the children with food and a movie later that evening... is Dani firmly out in the cold now?
EPISODE 1,036: Mindi soon wakes up after falling down the stairs but has a cut. She accuses Tash of trying to kill her and storms off, threatening to call the police. Tom comes round shortly after to confront Tash about Kate's abortion and Tash apologises. Meanwhile, Sarah-Jane hides her news from Carl and doesn't know what to do or who to talk to. Brad tracks Dani down to the hotel and they talk, she tells him that their marriage has always been unstable but she thinks Helen's return and their failed IVF treatment is fate's way of telling them it is over. He agrees to give her a few days to think. Mindi and Tom try to figure out what to do about Tash. She, meanwhile, feels guilty for her actions and Katie tells her to look at herself and recognise she's a killer!
EPISODE 1,035: Robbie's insecurities are threatening his relationship with Vanessa. Meanwhile, she invites Louis over for dinner and is delighted by his and her daughter's blossoming romance. Kate is beaming after sleeping with Tom but he is racked with guilt. Sarah-Jane discovers she is pregnant and is horrified. Brooke goes out with Rick and tries to tell him about Mia but is distracted. Zarah says a final farewell to Resh when her parents take her ashes, and Samara, away. Lady Marilyn falls for Stuart when he goes through the accounts for the hotel. Dani, jealous by Helen and Brad's friendship, packs her bags and storms out of the house, and her marriage. Mindi visits Tash to see how the councelling went, Tash refuses to go again. Mindi tells her why she should go and Katie tells her to shut Mindi up forever as she is irritating. With Katie and Mindi's voices talking loudly to her, Tash can't hear herself think and lashes out - and pushes Mindi down the stairs!
EPISODE 1,034: Rebecca and Josh buy more things for the baby while Brooke lies to Rick again about Mia and accepts a dinner date. Mindi tells Tash she's taking her to a councellor today and Tash goes and is able to talk about all the bad things last year: lying about having a baby, Andy's affair then death, Katie's death, her dad and brother's deaths then her row with her mum. She doesn't talk about Katie though, but she sees Katie in the room who tells her to kill the councellor like she killed Cat and Resh. Kate tells a stunned Tom about her abortion and how Tash knew about it, and the two end up sleeping together for the first time. Guy stops Vicki bullying a girl named Maria and then opens up to Rebecca about Vicki cheating on him. Adam sees Dani has slept in the guest room.
EPISODE 1,033: Tara gets word from forensics that Marvyn has been dead for over 2 weeks but didn't die at the park, who dumped his body? She warns everyone the serial killer is still on the loose. Katie D visits Noel, who is still bruised from being beaten, and he tells her if she confesses, he'll lie to the police and say she's trying to protect him. Jess turns to Amy to talk to and admits she isn't ready for another relationship yet. Vanessa tells Mindi about Lindsay and Louis. Brooke and Rick kiss but she isn't sure about a relationship. He still doesn't know that Mia is her child! Carl visits Noel and says he is unsure about marrying so young.
EPISODE 1,032: It's the day of Resh's funeral but there is also strong winds in West Bridgford. Zarah is in a state and Ranjeet tries to comfort her. Tara makes a breakthrough in finding where Marvyn has been staying. Chrissy has a vision of the serial killer walking around just as a body is discovered in the park and it's Marvyn! Tara believes he's the serial killer and that he committed suicide. Resh appears to Chrissy and warns her the killings are not over. Mindi sees Tash talking to herself again (although she thinks she's talking to Katie) and is unnerved. Odey arrests Harvey as Dan has pressed charges against him. Helen offers to go to the police with Katie D so she can confess but she feels she should see Noel first.
EPISODE 1,031: Tara tells Chrissy that she needs her help in tracking down Marvyn as they've exhausted all their leads and Brad overhears. Harvey shows up at Carrie's course to confront Dan and ends up punching him, but there's witnesses around and Carrie is shocked at her husband's temper. Katie D, who is worrying about Noel, confines in Helen that it was she who killed Jack and she is unsure what to do as Noel wants to protect her. When Lindsay's friend comes round for dinner, Vanessa learns Lindsay's boyfriend is Louis. Heather apologises to Gwen for everything she's done to her and promises she is a different person. Zarah starts drinking. Rebecca turns 18 but her birthday celebrations are quiet!
EPISODE 1,030: Matt and his mum Chrissy find themselves being investigated when it is revealed Chrissy predicted Resh's death. Zarah turns to Matt for planning the funeral while Lucy tries to convince her she didn't murder Resh. Lucy is suspecious of Odey's whereabouts on the night of Resh's attack while Heather believes Sam's story. Mindi is cross when Tom defends Kate while Dani talks to Brad about getting remarried like he said last year and is devastated when he says they're too busy at the moment. Sam and Heather sort out wedding invitations while Carrie tells a furious Harvey the truth about Dan.
EPISODES 1,028/29: Reshs murder shocks the community and Tara is determined to find the killer as she feels guilt for not helping Resh quicker. Zarah is devastated and pushes Ranjeet away and accuses Lucy of being the killer. With another suspect added to the inquiry, Tara finds herself investigating alone as Odey is missing. Guy skips school as he doesn't want to face Vicki! Vanessa confines in Brooke that Robbie wont have sex with her. The local gossip ends up getting back to an embarrassed Robbie, who confronts Vanessa and tells her he is uncomfortable as shes been with Ian, someone he hates! Brooke bumps into Rick, her old flame, and discovers he is working for Genesis. Tash wakes up at home with a bloody knife by her side and hides it. Katie tells her she murdered Resh! Carrie tells Dan she is happily married and wont cheat on her husband. Meanwhile, Kate is keen to make Tom uncomfortable in front of Mindi.
EPISODE 1,027: Resh is rushed to hospital when Tara realises she is alive. Resh tries to tell her she knows the serial killer but Tara tells her to stay quiet. As news gets to the pub at the events, the residents go to the hospital to wait for news. Zarah is in hysterics as Carl and Sarah-Jane agree to help Resh. Rebecca tells Josh that she is scared of having their baby incase something happens to one of them. The doctors try to stabilise Resh's condition and manage to do so. As she is left alone, the serial killer comes in and administrates a drug into Resh's IV. Resh recognises the killer's face and is horrified. Vanessa and Robbie go back to the pub to properly shut up and Robbie avoids having sex with Vanessa. Heather can't find Sam while Dani can't find Brad! Tash is also missing which makes Mindi suspicious. Katie D tells Odey that Noel can't be the serial killer as he's in prison! Guy goes round to Vicki's house to see her as her parents are away for the evening and is stunned to find her with another guy. Harvey is concerned as Carrie is being distant. Tara and Zarah watch as Resh's heartbeat stops and she goes into cardiac arrest, but can't saved!
EPISODE 1,026: The winds are still howling around West Bridgford causing mayhem as there is a short power cut! It causes problems at the pub which is crowded! Resh speaks to Stuart about a business proposal. Carrie avoids Dan at their lecture but hasn't told Harvey yet! Mindi tells Dani her marriage is on the rocks and Dani says the same thing. Tom and Kate kiss. Tash, Odey, Sam and Brad leave the pub mysteriously! Resh is horrified to discover the identity of the serial killer and rushes to the Hunniworth Court apartments to find Tara. Meanwhile, Tara has just turned on the shower as Resh comes banging at her door. When she finally hears, she opens the door and Resh collaspses to the ground, she's been stabbed!
EPISODE 1,025: There's bad weather in West Bridgford and it's set to get worse for the weekend and next week! Gwen and Katie D rush to the hospital to see Noel after learning about his attack. Katie D breaks down and wants to confess! The serial killer is lurking around the avenue while Carrie gets a shock when Dan tries to kiss her and says he fancies her and he is hurt she presumed he was gay. Tash is feeling ill while Resh looks for a new home but Zarah begs her not to go. A mysterious woman turns up on the avenue and warns Resh she could be attacked next, it turns out the woman is Matt (the undertaker)'s mum who has psychic abilities. She tells Tara to watch out over the weekend.
EPISODE 1,024: Noel is finding prison life difficult and doesn't have many friends. When he continues to proclaim his innocence, he is beaten up badly later that evening. Carrie is surprised when Harvey tells her to invite Dan round for dinner. Once he is over, Harvey realises he has nothing to worry about! While talking about children, Carl is secretly upset when Sarah-Jane reveals she doesn't want children. Resh tells a devastated Zarah she's going to move out next week. Jim loses his temper when Gwen makes Karen work longer than she said so their dinner is ruined. Jess has a date but her date wants to take things further and she realises she isn't ready for all of this yet. Tom tells a shocked Brad about his feelings for Kate.
EPISODE 1,023: Guy goes back to school and finds gossip spreading about him and Vicki. Will and Stacey discuss their plan but Stacey says she wants to stay in West Bridgford and Will admits to getting on better with his mum. Brooke is horrified to learn that Gwen has invited Stuart over as she is concerned about him. She argues with Gwen about her true feelings. Vanessa and Robbie make their relationship public. Harvey and Carrie have a row about Dan, but Carrie tells him he doesn't need to worry as Dan is gay. Jim has a row with Stuart and tells Sam that he wants them to push Stuart out of his shares of the casino. Tara has a girls' night in at her apartment but as Mindi is still tired, she soon rows with Kate. Helen moves in with Katie D until she can get properly settled.
EPISODE 1,022: Heather tells Sam she wants to get married on Valentine's Day and immediately goes dress shopping and takes Stacey. Stacey ends up stealing a top! Zarah and Ranjeet sort out their differences and announce their engagement is back on but Resh feels she is in the way and plans to find a new home. Mindi tries to find out what's wrong with Tash and sees her rowing with her mum again. With the apartment to himself, Guy invites Vicki over and loses his virginity to her. Kate corners Tom and tells him she is falling in love with him but he is unsure what to say and she kisses him. Robbie asks Vanessa round for dinner to make up for the way he behaved last time and they kiss.
EPISODE 1,021: Today would have been Catherine's birthday and Lady Marilyn and Will go to her grave. They talk and start to become closer again but are interrupted by Sam's arrival, who is there to put flowers on her grave. He and Heather throw a dinner party later that evening for the Titans/Livingtons to announce their engagement which surprises everyone especially Gwen. Harvey is cross when Carrie doesn't show up for lunch and he finds she was with her new friend Dan, who is on her course at the college. Guy finishes his mock GCSE exams but knows he has done bad. Some of the residents play detective in an effort to find the serial killer.
EPISODE 1,020: Mindi and Tom worry over Tash's sanity but Katie tells Tash she needs to pretend that she isn't there in front of others. Brad picks up the pieces after Helen and Dani's fight and the two refuse to be in the same room. Will gets into an argument with the chef at the hotel and Marilyn realises she needs to find him a new job. Jess drags Katie D out to a club and ends up flirting with a man there. Vanessa and Robbie's date goes well until she mentions Ian getting her to ask him out and the atmosphere changes. Ian leaves for London again after he helps Guy settle into Josh and Rebecca's apartment.
EPISODE 1,019: Katie D visits Noel in prison who isn't coping well. Gwen finds herself helping Stuart who still isn't over Cat's violent death and Patricia accuses her of having feelings for him. Will is horrified to see Marilyn has put him down as a waiter and has a terrible first day training and moans to his mum. Stacey finds his situation amusing! Dani's jealousy of Helen finally bursts and she confronts her, leading to hurtful words and Brad is forced to step in as things turn violent. Mindi visits Tash and is horrified to hear her speaking to Katie. Guy tells Ian he doesn't want to leave West Bridgford.
EPISODE 1,018: Katie D tries to get Noel allowed out on bail but is told he will remain in prison until his hearing next month. Vanessa decides she wants a serious relationship with Robbie and Ian gets her to ask him out in front of Jess, when she is flirting with him. Lucy and Kate's drug addiction is uncovered by Mindi, who is furious that Kate could of killed her son and refuses to let her anywhere near the house. Tom struggles with his feelings for his old flame though. Dani dislikes how close Helen and Brad are becoming. Will asks Marilyn for a job as he doesn't have much cash and she agrees to find a suitable job in the hotel for him, he thinks it will be an important job.
EPISODE 1,017: The police are searching for Marvyn but no-one can find him and Helen isn't saying where he used to live. Will tells Stacey they're going to have to stick around a little longer than planned but she says she likes West Bridgford. Tara is cross when Amy is rude to her at the pub. Heather proposes to a stunned Sam, who is surprised by how she has changed and agrees. Noel and Katie D are all ready to leave the neighbourhood (and England) but just as they prepare to go, the police show up to tell Noel that since he is a suspect in the serial killings, his bail conditions have changed! Rebecca worries something bad will happen to her baby and tells Ian she can't come to London with him. Resh decides to go off men for a while since they only cause trouble.
EPISODE 1,016: As the artist's impression is released, Helen is shocked to see the figure is Marvyn. Tom decides to confront Brad about New Years' Eve and he reveals he beat up Marvyn. In exchange, Tom tells him about his kiss with Kate. Ian tells Guy and Rebecca he wants them to move to London to be nearer to him as he wants to protect them. Josh refuses when Rebecca suggests moving. Stacey begins her first day at Fidelity. Lady Marilyn tells Will she knows he is only around for her money, which he denies. Odey and Lucy decide to continue with their relationship, although Odey says he doesn't know how much he can trust her.
EPISODE 1,015: On the day of Cat's funeral, feelings are running high for the Reid family and Stuart. Rebecca tells Josh she needs him more than ever! Jim and Karen return from their honeymoon to the news that the serial killer has struck in the avenue. Tom wonders where Brad was on New Years' Eve that caused him to have a false alibi. Noel and Katie D are shocked to find the newspapers see him as the serial killer. He tells her they need to leave the avenue... and England! She is unsure about what to do! Carrie tells Tara about a figure she saw around the avenue and an artist's impression is sketched.
EPISODE 1,014: Heather goes shopping for a ring before she meets Sam for lunch, but what type of ring? She is cross when he doesn't show up for lunch (he is being questioned by Tara) and Stacey sees her and joins her to speak to her about job prospects at Fidelity. Sam is cross when Tara keeps him from lunch. Tom panics about his alibi for that night as he was alone with Kate so he is surprised when Brad says he was with him to Tara. Lucy and Kate are out of the room at last! Resh tries to help Ranjeet win Zarah back but she finds she's getting in the way. Helen accepts a temporary job at the pub.
EPISODE 1,013: Rebecca witnesses Guy crying and he admits he feels guilty for treating Cat so badly before her death but she tells him he had a good reason to behave that way. While being questioned by Tara, Amy realises that she has the apartment that she wanted and is cross. Gwen struggles with baby Douglas in Karen's absence and Heather ends up helping her, which surprises Sam when he returns home! Jess flirts with Robbie at the pub and Katie D can't believe how different she is acting. Ranjeet shows up in the avenue and Zarah is cross she didn't hear from him at all over Christmas and he tries to apologise but she isn't interested.
EPISODE 1,012: Lucy and Kate are still locked in the room and Lucy is turning violent as she craves drugs. To calm her down, Kate tells her about her kiss with Tom which shocks her. Jess is back in the neighbourhood with a new haircut and a new attitude which impresses Katie D. At the funeral home, Ian and Stuart clash over what is best for Cat's funeral and the undertaker, Matt, is left feeling uncomfortable. Tara starts noting the people who disliked Cat but find there wasn't many. Tash has a flashback of seeing Cat running that night and is sure she killed her.
EPISODE 1,011: The weekend has passed and Stuart returns from being questioned by the police over Cat's murder. He breaks down in front of an uncomfortable Guy about it. Ian returns to Kalmarton Avenue to help his children deal with Cat's death and organise the funeral. Rebecca is still grieving and Josh worries it will have an effect on the baby. Lucy and Kate are suffering badly from drug withdrawal symptoms having spent the weekend locked in one of Odey's rooms. A woman named Tara Elliot moves into Hunniworth Court and works with Odey and has been assigned to work on the serial killer case.
EPISODE 1,010: Kate and Amy find that the apartment they wanted has been taken and are mad. Tash struggles to remember where she was on New Years' Eve and tells Katie that she thinks she killed Cat. Odey goes to drastic measures in stopping Lucy's addiction by locking her in a bedroom and he plans to keep her there for the weekend. He finds Tom and urges him to get Kate to go too. Tom is shocked to discover Kate's addiction. Lady Marilyn has lunch with Will and Stacey to catch up. Will tells Stacey they'll be able to get money from her. Helen tells Dani she'll start looking for an apartment.
EPISODE 1,009: Stuart and Guy's start to 2004 goes wrong when they discover Cat's body and paramedics confirm she is dead. Rebecca is also devastated and tries to contact Ian. Meanwhile, Brad sees that Marvyn is gone but can't figure out where he went to. Tash wakes up on her sofa with a rip in her top and can't remember what happened the night before. Tom is feeling very guilty after his kiss with Kate. Dani makes some resolutions for the New Year. Odey refuses to let Lucy leave the house and tries to decide what to do about her addiction and realises she caused Anthony's overdose on Halloween.
EPISODE 1,008: As night dawns on New Years' Eve, Heather officially opens her new bar but notices barely any of the residents from the avenue have shown up! Meanwhile, the residents go to the hotel for the party and Cat has too much to drink and shouts insults at people. Stuart tells her he'll walk her home but she shouts at him and leaves alone. Odey surprises everyone by getting out of his wheelchair. As he goes to show Lucy, he walks in on her and Kate with drugs and is stunned. Brad sees Marvyn at the party and lures him outside. As they row, he violently beats him up and leaves him lying on the street. Mindi's tired and goes home early but wants Tom to stay. He's already had too much to drink and as the countdown to the New Year happens, he and Kate kiss when it gets to 1. Tash shows up for the party but suddenly can't find Katie. As everyone celebrates as it's 2004, a mystery figure rings the doorbell at Cat's house. She opens it, and invites the person in as she recognises them and shuts the door behind them.
EPISODE 1,007: It's New Years' Eve and Lady Marilyn starts to stress about the party tonight. She ends up asking Katie D if she'll be deputy manager for the hotel as she knows the hotel and she agrees. Marilyn gets a further shock when her estranged son Will and his wife Stacey show up. Will tells her he's here to spend some time with his mum and she is delighted. Meanwhile, the residents get ready for tonight. Carrie, Brit, Cat, Mindi, Dani, Kate and Amy go shopping for dresses and have to fight to get the clothes they want!
EPISODES 1,005/6: Josh feels the apartment is becoming too cramped and Guy agrees to move in with Cat (who is delighted) and Stuart for the time being. However, the happy home doesn't stay happy for long as it is Josh and Stuart who end up rowing. Gwen and the rest of the residents who went to Florida return home. While Harvey has jet-lag, Carrie goes to the Christmas shopping sales with Brit, who is back for the New Year celebrations. Heather is furious as Lady Marilyn's party clashes with the opening of her new bar. She is even more annoyed to see that Sam is trying to take over Fidelity and gets him thrown out. She tells him how much she loves him because the two of them are so alike. Lady Marilyn refuses to cancel her party just because of Heather. Kate talks to Tom about another movie idea she's had. Vanessa notices Lindsay is more quiet and realises it's the anniversairy of her dad Jake's death tomorrow. Amy talks to Kate about moving into a vacant apartment together on Hunniworth Court.
EPISODE 1,004: Tom has a dream about Kate which leaves him wondering if his old feelings are resurfacing. Meanwhile, Mindi spends the day asleep and he has to sort out cleaning the house. TJ and Jennie show up at the house as they're in England visiting their parents over Christmas which adds to his worries as he sorts out food and then they leave. Lady Marilyn advertises the hotel as there's going to be a big New Years' Eve party. When Lucy is out shopping (she's upset Odey didn't propose), Odey walks around the house but TJ nearly sees him. Cat considers how fast her life has changed in only a year and wonders if moving in with Stuart so early was a good idea.
EPISODE 1,003: Mindi's concern for Tash makes her grandular fever even worst! Paul and Carl are finally able to leave the hospital. Carl and Sarah-Jane open their wedding gifts together but find they have two toasters! While out walking, Helen is cornered by Marvyn who tells her he wants her to live with him again but she is too disgusted to talk to him since he told her she was dying which was untrue. Rachel, Nicole and Roberta leave again for Menorca but agree to come back for Noel's trial. Rachel urges her sister to tell the truth about Jack's murder.
EPISODE 1,002: On Boxing Day, Vanessa and Robbie get closer as they spend another day together. Lady Marilyn starts making her mark on the hotel and makes some of her views known very bluntly. Helen spends the day with Katie D as they were once close friends. Jim and Karen leave on their honeymoon. Sam begins his plan to take over Fidelity in Heather's absence. Mindi goes for coffee at Tash's house and hears her talking to herself, although she is talking to Katie. Roberta falls out with Amy and Kate when she questions Katie D about how much rent the pair of them are paying and suggests increasing it.
EPISODE 1,001: It's Christmas Day and Robbie prepares Christmas lunch for Vanessa, Lindsay and himself. However, he has an accident and Vanessa sees he's broken some of his fingers. Meanwhile, Helen joins the Tubb family for Christmas lunch which is a very uncomfortable meal. Zarah and Resh cook lunch together but Zarah misses Ranjeet, which annoys Resh. Tash refuses Mindi's offer of coming over for Christmas lunch as she plans to cook her own. She ends up speaking to Katie about her troubles and it seems like they were before Katie's death. Katie tells Tash she's back to watch over her as she's troubled. Jim and Karen remarry but have a quiet ceremony. Lady Marilyn Montesquieu is revealed to be the person who brought the hotel and she takes it over today! Brad sees Marvyn lurking in the avenue and warns him away.
EPISODE 1,000: It's Christmas Eve and Tom is delighted when Zarah and Resh arrive back to the avenue as their movie has finished. Zarah is also wearing an engagement ring but her fiance Ranjeet is still in India. Meanwhile, in Florida, it's the day of the fashion show but there's a tropical storm which is causing problems. The representative for Genesis that Patricia sent is very bossy and Heather plans to wreck Genesis' show. While everyone gets ready for the show, Carrie hits the shops with her and Harvey's credit card. The show is a success and Heather has the more sexier clothes. Brooke bumps into her old flame Rick at the show who's surprised she has a child but she says it's Heather's. It's Douglas' first birthday and Heather buys him more expensive gifts than Gwen. Back on the avenue, a small party is held in the pub as it's the day before Karen and Jim's wedding. The residents then go outside to the tree and sing carols around them. Helen shows up as she doesn't want to stay inside anymore and everyone is shocked! Carl has a dream and Doug and Lisa are there! Tash, who has been in an upbeat mood all day, returns home and hears a noise. Scared it is a robber, she picks up her phone and heads to the kitchen and it is Katie sitting there...
EPISODE 999: Mindi tells Tom the secret at Brad and Dani's house and he is shocked and finds it hard to believe but he keeps it quiet. The residents sort out Christmas carols to sing around the big tree tomorrow night. Helen sees Odey going past the house and wishes she could speak to him. When her mum visits to discuss what to do for Christmas, Tash has a huge row with her when her mum says she needs to see a councellor as Eric isn't coming back and he hasn't sent her flowers so Tash tells her she never wants to see her again. Katie D goes last minute shopping.
EPISODE 998: As Amy goes after a role in another movie, Sam has become popular at Fidelity and considers taking over the company from Heather. Gossip is floating round the avenue about who has brought the hotel and many people are discussing how strange Brad and Dani have acted since they returned from Poole. Dani fills Helen in on what's happened while she's been away and she is upset by Laura and Leah's deaths. Jim and Karen sort out the final preparations for their wedding on Christmas Day. Dani lets Mindi into the house and she comes face to face with Helen and is stunned.
EPISODE 997: The residents and their children come together to decorate the Christmas tree. Brad doesn't want Helen to leave the house for the time being. He questions her about what Marvyn told her and wonders whether to report him to the police. Helen doesn't want him too! Sam settles into the role as head of Fidelity and enjoys it. Katie D and Noel sort out exchanging contracts for the buyer of the hotel. Helen spends the day with her children and Dani is jealous. Tash tells Mindi that Eric sent her flowers even though none are around and Mindi tells Tom how worried she is about Tash's sanity.
EPISODE 996: Jess leaves the avenue until the New Year to stay with her parents over Christmas. Katie D wants her to have a new attitude when she returns. Heather, Gwen, Brooke and Mia prepare to leave for Florida. Heather leaves Sam in charge of Fidelity but needs another model for the show and enlists Harvey's help so he and Carrie go with them. Brad and Dani get packed to come home but Brad wants to bring Helen too. Dani is horrified but tells him what Marvyn told her to be honest to her husband. Helen returns home with them. Tom buys a massive Christmas tree to put in the avenue.
EPISODE 995: Jess decides to go and stay with her parents over Christmas. Dani is horrified to come face to face with Helen. Brad confronts Marvyn about Helen's brain disorder and realises to accept it is the truth. Marvyn admits to Dani he is lying and wants Helen to stay with him as he wants company after Dani tells him she doesn't want Helen living back on the avenue. Odey worries about his friends' safety and tries to trace the email. Noel refuses to let Katie D confess to Jack's murder. When he speaks to Tom about representing him in court, he is shocked to learn the prosecution are likely to tell the jury he was a suspect in Vicky's murder years ago.
EPISODE 994: Jess tells Katie D she feels like she should have been jailed as she did kill Graham but Katie D tries to make her see she did not intend to do it. Meanwhile, Rachel confronts her sister about letting Noel take the rap for Jack's murder. Carol leaves the avenue but will be back for Noel's trial. Brad tells Helen she needs to come home but she reveals she's dying and doesn't have much time left. He learns she is staying with a man named Marvyn who discovered her after the crash and suspects he is up to something. Dani refuses to let Adam know that Helen is alive.
EPISODE 993: While Roberta occupies her time with decorating the mansion for Christmas, she drags Rachel and Nicole into helping too. In Poole, the doctors suspect Brad's collaspse was due to his heart murmur. He demands to be released and Dani is hurt that he was following Helen and tries to convince him she is dead. Mindi goes round to see Tash who tells her that Eric isn't here yet but should phone at any minute and she finds that odd. Brad goes to the area he collapsed to search for Helen and is stunned to find her and realises it is definitely her. Odey gets an email saying someone he knows will die over the Christmas holidays.
EPISODE 992: Brad and Dani arrive in Poole and go to their rented home after seeing his parents. When they find they don't have much food, Brad goes down to the shops and sees Helen across the road. Surprised, he calls her name and she turns around then runs. As he chases after her, he collaspses on the street. Helen runs back to him and gets help before running away. Gwen is devastated when Noel refuses to come to lunch with the family on Christmas Day. Tash tells Mindi that Eric is coming back tomorrow to be with her. Stuart and Cat have their first row.
EPISODE 991: Dani and Brad sort out things to take to Poole with them tomorrow. Before they go, Dani asks Brad to speak to Tom and tell him not to mess up his marriage. Jess goes again up on trial and a quick verdict of not guilty is given which stuns her as she is released. Amy tells Tash she is changing agents as she isn't good enough for her. Vanessa buys a Christmas present for Robbie. Lucy thinks Odey will propose on Christmas Day. Carl admits to Gwen a part of him hates her for her deceit.
EPISODE 990: Dani tells Mindi to be wary of Kate but doesn't explain why. Tom finds himself lying to Mindi about where he slept on the night of the premiere. He is delighted the film has got good reviews. Jess sits in her cell having been there all weekend and prays she will be released next week and ends up talking to one of the wardens. Gwen considers calling off the fashion show since Carl is still ill but he assures her he's fine. Patricia pulls out of the show because of Paul. Karen finds the perfect dress for the wedding. Tom fusses over Mindi.
EPISODE 989: Tom and Kate haven't slept together as he passed out on the bed but Dani isn't so sure and confronts Kate about trying to wreck Tom and Mindi's marriage but both deny sleeping together. Amy regrets her night with Jamie but finds herself in the paper as they were photographed together. Josh sorts out a Christmas tree for the apartment and is annoyed by Vicki's constant presence at his place. With time to spare, Mindi tries to train their dog Lucky after he has an accident. Carl is delighted to find the transplant worked.
EPISODE 988: Stuart decides to put in an offer for the hotel as does Patricia. It's the day of Tom and Kate's film premiere in London. Tom, Kate, Amy, Jamie, Dani and Brad are a few of the people who go from the avenue. Dani agrees to watch Kate for Mindi. Kate manages to get Amy and Jamie together so she can share a room with Tom. During the afterparty, Dani mingles with the celebrities while Tom and Kate dance and she tells him she wants him for Christmas. They're both drunk and go upstairs and Dani sees them going into a room together. Karen is cross she couldn't get time off to see Jamie in the film.
EPISODE 987: When Tom calls Sarah round as he worries about Mindi, they find she may have grandular fever which means Mindi can't come to the film premiere in London tomorrow. Kate learns the news and changes the arrangements at the hotel so her and Tom can have the same room. Harvey is dismayed to learn Carrie had lunch with Dan but she tells him that Dan is actually gay. Tom briefs Rob, a guy at the firm, about Jess' case as he'll be covering it when Tom goes to London. Noel pleads not guilty and learns his hearing will be in February. Vanessa and Lindsay have dinner with Robbie.
EPISODE 986: Sarah is delighted by how well Carl and Paul are doing after the transplant. Dani and Mindi go Christmas shopping but Mindi goes home when she feels tired and starts hallucinating. Dani thinks she has the flu. Kate plans to be alone with Tom at the premiere on Friday. Carrie starts her beauty therapist course and starts talking to a man named Dan. Noel goes back to the police station and forensics have found DNA matching his and he is formally charged with Jack's murder. Katie D is devastated. Tom convinces Jess to stay with her defence as self-defence but she says she deserves to be punished.
EPISODE 985: Paul and Carl begin to wake up from the operation but both are feeling unwell. Sarah-Jane changes her schedule so she can be Carl's doctor. When Odey questions Lucy about ring sizes, she thinks he's going to propose. Vanessa and Lindsay move back into their home as it's now rebuilt but the memories remain there. Roberta decides to stay around for Christmas. Noel continues to refuse Gwen's money and is horrified when she offers to buy the hotel and he refuses to sell it to her. Mindi tells Tash to contact Eric but she says she should move on anyways.
EPISODE 984: It's the day of the transplant and Paul is scared but he and Carl go to the hospital. Carl thanks him for helping him. The two go for the operation while their families wait. Gwen and Noel face each other at the hospital. Tash is upset she didn't tell Eric her true feelings earlier. Vanessa tells Robbie she misses their friendship. Katie D starts to get offers for the hotel. Odey thanks Lucy for being there for him since Laura's death. He looks at getting her a ring for Christmas.
EPISODE 983: Patricia invites Nicole and Rachel over to dinner to show them how okay she is about them being a couple. Carrie signs up for a beauty therapist course. Carl sorts out a will incase anything goes well. Gwen organises a meal for the entire family, Heather shows up with Sam and Noel agrees to come because it's for Carl and everything goes fine. Jess is haunted in her dreams by Graham and goes to Tom's to say she wants to plead guilty to murder instead of self-defence and he says he'll speak to her tomorrow about it. Eric leaves for America and Tash realises she did have feelings for him.
EPISODE 982: The weekend has finally arrived and Carl is keen to forget his operation is on Monday. On his first day as a married man, he takes Paul, Georgina and Sarah-Jane to a theme park as he can see Paul is nervous. Gwen tells Patricia she has lost Carl and Noel. Jess tells Katie D that she believes this will be her last weekend of freedom. Cat and Stuart look after Mia for the weekend. Nicole is hurt when she sees her mum Patricia still doesn't accept her as a lesbian. Brad assures Dani they will have the best Christmas this year.
EPISODE 981: While Sarah-Jane sorts out witnesses for their wedding in the registry office, Carl begins to panic and goes off for a walk, thinking the same thing could happen to Sarah that happened to Lisa. Gwen is upset she isn't a witness but turns up anyways. As everyone waits for Carl at the registry office, Sarah-Jane thinks he isn't going to show up but does and they get married. Elsewhere, Katie D prepares a dinner for Rachel so her and Nicole can spend the evening together and it goes well. Odey is removed from Jack's murder case as his friends are involved and he's furious.
EPISODE 980: Amy accuses Kate of trying to split up Tom's marriage when she sees them flirting together. Having the row with her friend, Kate turns back to more drugs. Carl and Sarah-Jane decide to get married tomorrow before Carl's operation and their news shocks Gwen. Cat invites Guy over for dinner with her and Stuart and he refuses but Rebecca convinces him to go and things actually go well. Stuart is furious when Brooke doesn't let him look after Mia as they arranged. Katie D realises her sister Rachel's relationship with Nicole is on the rocks after hearing them row.
EPISODE 979: Cat and Stuart have a big housewarming party. Stuart is cross to find that Heather has turned up. Carrie loves Cat's dress. Gwen offers to buy the hotel for Katie D and Noel but Katie D says she can't accept her genorosity. Carl tells his mum to back away from things that don't concern her. Roberta worries about Katie D's financial problems. Jess faces up to the fact she is now alone in life. Kate impresses Tom with dealing with the final arrangements for their premiere.
EPISODE 978: Josh takes Rebecca to a concert in order to cheer her up after her dad's departure. Guy invites Vicki over for the evening but says he is nervous about sex and they decide to wait. Noel is horrified when a tabloid paper puts him in the frame for the serial killings in the area and wants to sue them. Jim is delighted his baby will be a boy. Carl speaks to a nervous Paul and says he doesn't have to go through with the operation if he doesn't want to but he says he will. Paul tells Patricia he's scared. Gwen is surprised to see the hotel up for sale but Noel won't talk to her.
EPISODE 977: Katie D and Noel tell the staff at the hotel about selling up and Lucy panics that she will be out of a job but they say the new owners will keep them. It's December 1st so the advent calenders come out. Dani is called into school when Adam gets in a fight. Kate admits to Amy she has feelings for Tom and he is the reason she came to the neighbourhood. Amy lodges a complaint at the police station against Odey as she is intimidated by him. Karen and Jim go to the hospital and learn they are expecting a baby boy and are delighted.
EPISODE 976: Katie D and Noel discuss putting the hotel up for sale so that they have money, and that would mean they can just live in the mansion and won't have to work again. Cat and Stuart settle into their new home. Stuart decides to throw a home-warming party. Cat goes to buy herself a dress to make herself the envy of the avenue women. Guy settles into Josh and Rebecca's apartment. Tom and Kate reminisce about college while finalising their film premiere plans. Carl learns his surgery has been brought forward.
EPISODE 975: Ian tells Cat he doesn't want her to come with him because he wants a fresh start and there's been too many problems in their marriage. He tells her to go home. She returns home to Stuart acting like everything is normal. The next day, the whole family gathers as Ian says his goodbyes. Rebecca oversleeps and rushes to say goodbye. Dani admits to Brad she feels useless now. He tells her he wants them to get married again in the New Year. Stuart moves into the avenue with Cat. Brooke is cross he is there.
EPISODES 973/974: It's Ian's last day in the neighbourhood and everything is being packed up. Guy asks his dad to stay but he says he needs to move on. Eric tries to kiss Tash but she pulls away and says she isn't ready for a relationship at the moment. He says he's returning to America soon. Dani tells Brad she isn't pregnant again and breaks down. They visit a doctor to try and decide if there's another way. Carol holds a private funeral for Jack as his body is released by the police. Katie D refuses to admit to Roberta she is having problems with money and considers moving to a smaller house. Jess visited Tom who convinces her self-defence is the only option they can really use. Ian goes for a drink at the pub with Harvey and Robbie wishes him well for the future. As he returns home, he finds Cat at the door who tells him she still has feelings for him and wants to leave for London with him tomorrow. He invites her inside for them to talk...
EPISODE 972: Ian starts packing up his belongings. Brooke is horrified to learn Stuart will be even nearer to Mia as of the weekend. Mindi admits she's jealous of Tom and Kate's history to Dani. There's gossip when Eric is seen leaving Tash's house early in the morning but she says he's just there to talk to and she isn't interested in him anymore. Roberta agrees to check out of the hotel and stay with Katie D for a while. The Adams ladies visit Michael's grave as Roberta and Rachel missed the 2nd anniversairy of his death. Dani goes for another try of IVF.
EPISODES 970/971: Gwen is upset when Noel refuses to take her money when she learns Katie D and himself are in financial problems. He tells her he wants nothing to do with her after lying to the family about Carl. Roberta's back on the avenue and a guilty Katie D faces her mother to sort out the problems after sleeping with her then-boyfriend Antonio last year. Katie D begs Rachel to keep secret about the real culprit of Jack's murder. Carol's insults get too much for Gwen who pushes her into the water fountain and a fight between the pair ensues. Guy refuses to forgive Cat and Rebecca makes him see it is the only way. He asks if he can move in with her and Josh and she agrees, but Josh isn't happy. Ian apologises to Vanessa for lying and says he's leaving at the weekend.
EPISODE 969: Carol's remarks about the Livington/Titan family continue, especially when she learns Brooke's baby's father is Stuart. Gwen manages to prevent herself hitting Carol. The residents reflect on Jack's murder but conclude he deserved it. Jess tells Katie D she's scared of going to jail. Ian tells Guy he can only stay if he moves in with Cat. Stuart asks Cat to move in with him when he moves into the avenue and she agrees. Paul goes to the hospital so that the transplant operation can be explained to him. Mindi is ignoring Kate. Tash confines in Eric about her problems.
EPISODE 968: Rachel walks in on Noel and Katie D arguing about Katie D giving herself up as Jack's killer. Tash attends her brother's funeral and is surprised that her old flame Eric (who she starred in the US soap with) has returned to town to see how she is. Carol makes snide comments about Noel in front of Gwen who tries to ignore her. Guy tells Ian he doesn't want to move away as he is finally happy. Stuart puts in an offer for Ian's home as he wants to be in the avenue because of baby Mia.
EPISODE 967: Rachel and Nicole are back from Menorca to find out what's going on with Katie D and Noel. Brad and Dani decide to try again with IVF treatment. Odey gets an email from the serial killer saying to stop tracking them but reveals things will be getting worse soon! The avenue is buzzing with gossip as both Noel and Jess are staying at Katie D's mansion on bail for murder! Carol threatens Noel. Carl admits to Sarah-Jane he's scared of dying. Nicole learns about Carl being Richard's son. Brad agrees to a buyer wanting Helen's apartment.
EPISODE 966: Some of the residents go to Tom and Mindi's for the evening! Everyone drinks too much and many games are played. Tash ends up having a cigarette and breaks down. Mindi tells her to see a councellor. Mindi is uncomfortable to learn that Tom lost his virginity to Kate when they were younger. Dani gets drunk and reveals her desire to have a child. She accuses Brad of still being in love with Helen. The mood is more somber when Katie D and Noel show up as everyone is unsure about whether Noel killed Jack.
EPISODE 965: It's Anthony's 1st birthday and Tom and Mindi plan a get-together for some of their friends as they haven't had one in ages! Odey declines the invitation when he learns Lucy isn't invited! Carol Wilson returns to West Bridgford having been informed about her son Jack's murder. Katie D sorts out bail money for Noel but finds they don't have much money left. Noel refuses to see Gwen when she tries to visit him. Karen books an appointment to go for another scan. Heather wants her bar opened soon and is fed up it is taking ages. Sam and Stuart have a disagreement over the casino.
EPISODE 964: Katie D is horrified to discover Noel is being questioned and everyone discovers Jack is dead. She visits Noel who tells her not to say anything to anyone about what really happened as he will cover for her. Gwen learns the news and is shocked and the media go mad about it. Jess is also shocked by the events and wants answers from Katie D. Lucy tries to put Odey off watching Amy all the time. Vanessa learns Ian is moving. Karen is offered money by a newspaper to find out the real story about Noel's arrest since she is in the Livington mansion.
EPISODES 962/963: Mindi tries her best to comfort Tash when news about her brother spreads round the neighbourhood. Guy is unsure about moving to London as a "for sale" board is put outside his home and Vicki says she doesn't want him to go. More work is being done on the memorial statue and Noel worries Jack's body will be found. At night, he heads down there to check the body is still covered but someone walking their dog sees him and phones the police as Noel looks suspecious. As the police arrive, part of the statue crumbles and Jack is finally found! Noel is taken for questioning. Carl starts chemotherapy and is very ill afterwards. Harvey asks Heather for more modelling work at Fidelity but Carrie isn't impressed by the underwear he has to model. Rebecca is upset her dad is planning to move. Cat tells Guy he could stay with her and he laughs in her face.
EPISODE 961: Ian calls a family dinner (Guy,Cat,Rebecca, Josh and himself) and reveals he's been offered a job but it means moving to London! He also says he's decided to take it. Guy is devastated. But Ian says he wants Guy to go with him! Gwen and Carl have a talk about the news and she is surprised how calm he has been. But when he gets home, he smashes up some of his belongings in anger! Tash remains in shock as she and her mum try to plan her brother's funeral. Brad and Dani discuss what to do for Christmas and which relatives to see.
EPISODE 960: Tom and Kate start to sort out their film premiere. Tom almost sees some drugs in Kate's bag. Guy speaks to Ian about sex. Carl meets Georgina and Paul, his half brother and sister but finds it difficult. Paul agrees to do the transplant and a date is set. Gwen admits to Patricia everything has collaspsed in her family. Noel moves out and in with Katie D after a bust-up with his mum. Katie D tells him that the police need to be told about Jack when she learns the memorial statue is going to have some work done to it!
EPISODE 959: Gwen is keen to keep her revealtion just between the family as they all begin to find out. Brooke stands by her mum but Noel is sickened and refuses to speak to her. Carl learns that Paul is a match. Vanessa confronts Karen about spreading stories about her life. Jess admits she finds it hard adjusting to life without Graham. Tash is horrified to learn her brother has been killed in a car crash. Heather taunts Gwen and tells her that her family has now collaspsed. Guy admits to Vicki he is nervous about sex.

Meanwhile, Heather pushes for the pair to start advertising for their big fashion showdown in Florida at Christmas. Karen lets everyone know why Vanessa and Ian split. Cat confronts Ian and can't believe he would go to that extent. Gwen meets Carl at her house for lunch and tells him over lunch the truth. He is too stunned to say anything and first doesn't know whether to believe her. He storms out when he finds out. Jess comes out on bail until her trial and the media surround Hunniworth Court and Katie D offers to let her stay with her. Carl is sick violently after Gwen's news and he tells Sarah-Jane who is shocked.
EPISODE 956: Robbie apologises to Vanessa after their row and manages to tell her what really happened. Ian's pride has been wounded and he decides to stay in today but won't tell Guy why. Odey confronts a furious Amy about the drugs incident who protests her innocence but he says he's watching her. Mindi finds Tash is taking Valium. Gwen is devastated to learn that no-one who took the test is a match for Carl and he is upset. She goes to Patricia's house and decides she is going to have to tell Carl the truth so that Georgina and Paul can be tested. Carrie admits she doesn't want a job anymore to Harvey.
EPISODE 955: Vanessa ends her relationship with Ian and is cross he ruined her friendship with Robbie and he tries to explain. Gwen and Noel get the rest of the Livingtons/Titans to go to the hospital for tests to see if they're a match for Carl. He takes an extended leave from work. Kate is furious when Lucy reveals who she told Odey has drugs. Mindi plans to expose Lucy for the drug dealer she is. Tash is relived everything is now sorted with her brother but remains on the anti-depressants. Josh gets information through about his AS-resits in January and Rebecca wishes she could go back to college now.
EPISODES 953/954: Sarah-Jane organises a dinner at the apartment so that Carl can tell Noel and Gwen the news but he is scared about doing so. Vanessa spends an intimate evening with Ian and ends up asking him about Robbie hitting him and works out that Ian lied to her about it and promptly leaves. She goes to the pub and finds Robbie and apologises for the way she has been lately. However, he is tired and ends up being rude to her about it. The meal goes well for the Livingtons although Gwen is devastated by Carl's news. There are lots of tears and she promises to help him. They all decide to be tested to see if they can help with the transplant. Noel tells Katie D about Carl's news. Guy is nervous when Vicki brings up the subject of sex. Stuart and Cat officially announce they're dating. Odey goes after proof that Amy is involved in drugs. The social worker asks the residents about Tom and his family and gets positive feedback.
EPISODE 952: Carl lies to all his family about his condition although Sarah-Jane is unsure whether to believe his story. That evening, when he is ill from his medication, he opens up to her and tells her the truth and she is upset. She promises him they'll get through it together. Harvey is cross Carrie has no job and confronts Tom about it, only to find it was Carrie's fault while she is complaining the work conditions weren't right. Jess finds herself in the papers. Amy is delighted to find she has a fan! Odey goes on tv for appealing to find the serial killer. Karen tells Vanessa that Ian has lied to her, which leaves her confused.
EPISODE 951: A social worker arrives to see Tom and Mindi and inspect their home. Mindi finds the woman very rude and expresses her opinions bluntly. Tom is cross by her. When he arrives at work, Carrie is continuing to bug people and he tells her it'll be better if she leaves and is shocked by her happy expression. Carl goes to the hospital for his test results and is told he has leukemia and requires a bone marrow transplant. He is stunned by the news. Katie D goes to the newspapers about Jess' case, arguing it was battered wife syndrome.
EPISODE 950: Tom and Mindi bring Anthony home and Mindi is very protective of him. Karen tells Robbie she knows Ian's lying and thinks she needs to tell Vanessa but he tells her not to as he's moving on. A stunned Lucy finds the body of another young woman and it seems the serial killer is still around. Katie D has a dream about giving herself up for Jack's murder and talks to Noel about it. Carl is nervous about getting his results back. Sarah-Jane tries to take his mind off it. Carrie is cross to have to go into work on a sunday but Harvey finds it funny she is actually working.
EPISODE 949: With Anthony getting better, Tom and Mindi prepare to take him home, but are shocked to learn they are being investigated by social services. Meanwhile, it's the opening night of the casino and it goes very well. Stuart sees Sam and Heather going off to have sex in the office. Odey starts watching Amy to find out if she is involved in drugs. Tash spends the evening alone drinking. Katie D visits Jess and promises to help her. Karen talks to Ian and manages to catch him out about Robbie punching him. Dani ends up talking to Kate about her marital problems when Mindi goes back to the hospital.
EPISODE 948: It's the next day and Jess tells Odey everything about her past with Graham. When he also questions Katie D about last night's events, he has to officially charge Jess with her husband's murder. Katie D is devastated and keeps seeing Jack all around her. Tom has to have a talk with Carrie and she tries to get herself fired. Carl visits a doctor and admits he is scared about what it could be and he has to go for some tests. The casino is finally finished and Jim, Sam and Stuart organise tomorrow's opening night.
EPISODE 947: Carl agrees to go and see a doctor and refuses to let Sarah-Jane check him over. Meanwhile, the night isn't over for Jess and Katie D when Noel finds them and is horrified by the blood-stained apartment. He calls the police for them but when Odey shows up, both women are in too much shock to talk properly. For Katie D, the night brings back horrible memories of her murdering Jack. Odey tries to investigate and takes both women down to the police station and tries to question them. Tom returns to work and finds Carrie isn't doing her job properly.
EPISODE 946: It's November 5th which means Bonfire Night! It's the night after Brad's party which means many residents have hangovers. Brad is ill and a furious Dani questions him about turning down the offer on Helen's apartment. The Livingtons take a trip to Doug's grave on the first anniversairy of his death and everyone is upset. They question the way they've changed since his death and Carl collaspses. Katie D learns that Graham and Jess are leaving the neighbourhood tomorrow. As the fireworks are going off around the area, Katie D goes up to their apartment and finds a beaten Jess. As she and Graham row, he punches her and Jess sees and stabs him with a kitchen knife. As his aggression goes, he attacks her and in self defence, stabs him another and he collaspes to the floor dead.
EPISODE 945: Graham finally gets the transfer he needs and tells Jess to start packing as they're leaving as soon as possible. Odey questions Lucy about Mindi's claims and she manages to get herself out of trouble by revealing that she knows who is really doing drugs in the neighbourhood: Amy! She tells him not to arrest her yet as there's no proper proof. Anthony is now out of his critical condition. Across town, it's Brad's 30th birthday and Dani throws a massive surprise party for him but he feels he is getting too old. Dani calls the estate agent about Helen's apartment and is shocked to hear one applicant had been turned down. Carrie is not getting on well with the other receptionists while Tom is away.
EPISODE 944: Mindi makes it known to Odey that obviously Lucy is back on drugs and he isn't sure whether to confront her about it. Both Noel and Katie D are out on bail and Jess tries to get Graham to drop the charges and he hits her when he realises she is on their side. Robbie tells a shocked Karen about Ian's lies to get with Vanessa. Carl is getting his headaches again. Heather and Sam go out on a date and they sleep together. Tom and Tash try to sort out a deal with her brother in order to stop any court action. Gwen still isn't talking to Sam over the casino investment.
EPISODE 943: Vanessa tells Ian she's been thinking and it's too early for them to be moving in together and he is crushed. Anthony is doing better but is still critical. Tom and Mindi think back to the party and conclude that Lucy is back on drugs and Kate overhears. Mindi goes after Lucy and threatens to kill her if Anthony dies. Lucy tries to act innocent but is feeling guilty. Odey tells a stunned Katie D that Graham is charging her with assault after their row the other day. A furious Noel knows that Katie D barely touched him and loses his temper when he confronts Graham and punches him. Graham gets Noel arrested.
EPISODE 942: Anthony remains in a critical condition at hospital and Tom and Mindi have no idea what happened to him and are left stunned when Carl informs them that he has swallowed an ecstacy tablet. Amy brings Louis to the hospital but he is still scared of them after his parents' death and Amy talks to him about it to stop his fears. Lucy and Kate are feeling guilty that they caused it. Mindi immediately suspects Lucy caused this. Heather wants to talk to Sam about the kiss but he is too busy. Vanessa bumps into Robbie and they are awkward around each other. Ian asks Vanessa to move in with her.
EPISODE 941: It's Halloween again and Brad visits a psychic to see if Helen is still alive but the psychic doesn't get an answer and tells him to get on with his life. Elsewhere, Odey hosts a huge Halloween party and everyone is dressed up. Graham and Katie D come face to face and Noel ends up telling Graham to keep away from his girlfriend. Lucy sells Kate some drugs and leaves some lying around which baby Anthony finds and swallows one, before collaspsing. Amy tries to help Tash take her mind off recent events by dragging her to the party. Sam agrees to letting Stuart invest in the casino and Gwen is furious with him when she finds out. Heather and Sam kiss.
EPISODE 940: Dani starts to plan Brad's 30th birthday and decides on a big party at the house and enlists Mindi's help. Meanwhile Odey plans a Halloween party for tomorrow and Lucy agrees to help. Brad is having weird dreams that Helen is alive and declines an offer from some people willing to buy her apartment. Tash gets a visit from her brother who reveals he is contesting their dad's will as she got most of the money and he wants some. She is shocked and asks Tom for advice. Carrie starts work at the law firm but she is very slow.
EPISODE 939: Carrie goes to Tom to ask if she can work for him when Harvey is with her, expecting him to say no but instead he says yes and she is mortified. Mindi hides her amusement when Tom reveals he's taking on Carrie. There's a neighbourhood watch meeting but it's a poor turn out, disappointing Odey. Brad tells Dani the pick-pocket'll probably be Lucy up to her old tricks once again. Stuart wants to invest in the casino, which Sam is against, and Stuart shows him and Jim he has experience. Vanessa sorts out furniture for her new home with Ian's help.
EPISODE 938: After a private fight with Graham in which she slapped him, Katie D opens up to Noel about her secret first husband who beated her and he finally understands why she is acting this way. Carrie is cross to find Harvey has booked an interview for her and she doesn't turn up to it and claims she was given the wrong address. Vanessa plans to speak to Robbie but when she is told her home is nearly ready to move back into, she doesn't. Amy and Carrie go shopping when Carrie is meant to be at her job interview. Odey sorts out a neighbourhood watch meeting for tomorrow.
EPISODE 937: Jim and Sam sort out the casino more and advertise its' opening night! Meanwhile, Harvey is cross that Carrie isn't bothered about getting another job and helps her look, which makes her angry. Karen confronts Vanessa about the way she has treated Robbie lately. Rebecca opens up to Josh about her insecurities. Tash tells Tom she feels nothing has gone right in her life this year. Heather tries to convince Sam they make a good couple. Odey is concerned that his money is going missing and suspects there is a pick-pocket around.
EPISODE 936: Sam starts to re-consider his feelings towards Heather and thinks about his past with her. Tom gets Mindi to speak to Tash woman to woman and Mindi is shocked at how sad Tash now is. Josh admits to Rebecca that Claire tried to kiss him and he insists he didn't let it happen and she talks to her mum about it, who convinces her he'll be telling the truth. Jess tells Katie D that lately Graham has been acting okay again. Vanessa collects her last few belongings from the pub while Robbie is out. The casino is almost finished now!
EPISODE 935: Brooke is shocked to see that Gwen is jealous of Cat being with Stuart. Carrie tells Mindi she's gonna try and not have to work ever again! Tash attends the reading of her father's will and discovers most of his belongings and money are hers but discovers her parents were separated and she never knew. Josh goes to a party without Rebecca after a row and drinks alot, and Claire tries to kiss him and he stops her kissing him and leaves. Kate and Amy go on tv to talk about the film, and Kate gets high afterwards.
EPISODE 934: Rebecca is furious to learn Josh has confided in Claire about their lives and tells him he's getting too close to her, which causes a row. Tom speaks to Tash and finds her home a mess. She reveals her dad has died and she is on anti-depressants which are not working. Gwen finds herself talking to Sam about Heather. Carl returns to work. Gwen calls round to speak to Stuart and Cat emerges from the bedroom. Harvey tries to help Carrie look for a new job, having quit the bank. Ian's feeling much better now.
EPISODE 933: Rebecca tries to hide her jealousy when Josh mentions he had coffee with Claire. Meanwhile, Katie D learns that the Luxtons' are planning to move and confronts Graham, and tries to provoke him into hitting her but he says he knows what she's up to. Amy asks Tom to speak to Tash as she is not herself. Odey's friends celebrate when they bust a local drugs ring, but Lucy is quiet when she learns the news. Mindi sees Tash wandering around the town. Heather tells Gwen she wants to get back together with Sam and says she is going to help her...or she'll tell everyone about Carl!
EPISODE 932: Rebecca finds text messages from Josh's ex Claire on his phone and after telling him she doesn't want them to have sex until the baby is born, she worries he will go back to her. Graham tells Jess they're going to be leaving West Bridgford as soon as he finds a new job. Katie D confronts Jess over lying for Graham and tells her she can't get involved anymore. Sarah-Jane worries for Carl as he takes the day off work. Amy is cross when Tash doesn't show up for their meeting about new job prospects.
EPISODE 931: Brooke helps Karen with baby Douglas and they go for a walk with Mia and end up discussing their pasts and bond. Meanwhile, Katie D's on a rampage when Jess refuses to implicate Graham and goes after him herself and he threatens her. Graham is furious the police were called and a terrified Jess tries to explain herself. Cat and Stuart kiss. A dead body is uncovered and Odey believes it is the serial killer. Lucy tells Kate she is becoming too addicted after stealing from Odey again. Carl feels ill.
EPISODE 930: Odey becomes concerned about Lucy as she is looking ill but she assures him she's fine. Meanwhile, Cat learns from Rebecca about Ian's illness and visits him, but finds Vanessa there too. Stuart calls Cat for lunch but spends the time discussing his new daughter and how angry he is that Gwen is trying to control him. Katie D visits Jess and is horrified to see the state she is in. She calls Odey to come over after Jess admits it was Graham. However, when Odey tries to get a statement from her, she says she was mugged.
EPISODE 929: Vanessa becomes a nurse for Ian and tries to help him get better and he is loving the attention he is getting. Brooke spends some time with Mia after she is discharged from hospital and admits to her mum she loves her daughter. Gwen tells Stuart to drop the custody battle and he can have access to Mia and he agrees after they row. Jim and Karen decide to re-marry on Christmas Day. Amy returns to the neighbourhood and questions Tom about Kate but he says she seems fine again. Lucy finds herself stealing from Odey.
EPISODE 928: Jess returns from shopping to a furious Graham. He makes her cook him dinner but refuses to let her have anything. He demands to know what she was doing seeing Gina and they row and he beats her. Guy faces his dad who grounds him but Ian is still ill and the doctor thinks it's food poisoning. Gwen is furious to find that Stuart is after custody of Mia and she tells Brooke she needs to pull herself together. Karen invites a depressed Robbie to dinner with her and Jim, which is uncomfortable.
EPISODE 927: Guy prepares for the party while his dad is out with Vanessa. The party's going well and Vicki tells Guy she wants them to start dating. However, Ian gets sick during the evening and Vanessa brings him home, only to discover the party and he is furious. Brooke finally agrees to hold her baby and thinks of a name: Mia! Stuart talks to Tom about getting custody of his child. Jess visits Graham's mistress, Gina, while he is at work and the two have a row. Kate joins Tom and his family for dinner to discuss the film and Mindi is cross she's suddenly showing an interest.
EPISODE 926: Stuart can't decide on a name for the baby. Gwen refuses to let Brooke give her baby up for adoption as she'll regret it and says she will keep it. Brooke shouts at Stuart when he decides on a name but she doesn't like it. Vanessa agrees to go out with Ian tomorrow night for dinner. Vicki kisses Guy at school and flirts with him all day. Guy asks Josh for some advice on women. Jess finds an address of the woman Graham is secretly with and writes down the address. She ends up talking to Katie D again.
EPISODE 925: Guy panics as news of his "party" spreads and he's unable to cancel so talks to Ian about his plans for Friday night and convinces him to take Vanessa out. Meanwhile, Brooke's waters break as she argues with Stuart about the baby and is rushed to hospital. There, she gives birth to a baby girl but she doesn't want to hold her, which worries Gwen. Brad finds Dani has put Helen's apartment up for sale. Graham goes away for the night and a devastated Jess knows where he's gone.
EPISODE 924: Trying to impress Vicki, Guy says he is having a few people around on friday night and she's welcome to come. When she agrees, he asks his mates to come round but everyone says talking about it and says it's a party. Brooke's still not gone into labour and she's getting cross and tries different methods of making the baby arrive faster. Brad finds various memories at Helen's apartment as he cleans it out. Kate starts to show an interest in the film again which annoys Tom.
EPISODE 923: Rebecca returns the baby doll to the college but is disappointed by the weekend and how well her and Josh coped. Meanwhile, Guy gets some attention from a girl named Vicki at school. Jess breaks down after secretly checking Graham's bank statements and seeing how much he has spent on his other woman. It's Brooke's due-date and she sorts out her belongings ready to go to the hospital but she doesn't feel like she is going into labour yet. Stuart brushes Cat aside as he concentrates on the upcoming birth of his child.
EPISODE 922: The baby experiment isn't going the way Rebecca hoped but Josh does start to play a more active role. Cat tells her daughter she is behaving like a responsible young woman and she's very proud of her! Rebecca tries to get Guy to stop hating their mum so much, which causes an argument. Graham returns home and Jess acts like everything is normal, but does question him about the hotel. Gwen and Stuart fuss over Brooke and she tells them to stop. Dani goes round Helen's apartment and tells Brad he needs to start sorting things out. Robbie talks to Karen about his feelings for Vanessa and decides to give her time to think.
EPISODES 920/921: Dani returns home to Brad and the children and decides a change is needed. Firstly, she wants all rooms that were decorated during Brad's marriage to Helen be redecorated and she tells Brad to start cleaning out Helen's apartment so it can be put up for sale. Brooke's due-date is looming closer and she continues to remain adamant that she will put the child up for adoption. Stuart says he will have the baby if she won't have it but she says that is not a possibility. He speaks to Tom about seeking custody if Brooke wants to have the baby adopted. Gwen tries to convince her mind as the baby will look for her when it's older. Meanwhile, Rebecca has a plan for her and Josh's weekend: she borrows a baby doll from college to see how her and Josh react as parents. The experiment isn't a success at the beginning and Josh finds himself getting angry by it. Graham is still not home from his conference and Jess is lonely. She calls up his hotel to find that he is still there. She decides to go and see him, particularly when Katie D shows up again to speak to her. But, when she gets to his hotel, she finds him kissing another woman and hides, devastated. Carrie apologises to Mindi about calling her a liar over the fraud investigation and she tells Harvey she has quit her job at the bank.
EPISODE 919: Dani has stayed the night at Tom and Mindi's after her argument with Brad and he is finding it hard to cope with the children alone. She tells him she's staying with her best friend for another day to chill out. Graham leaves for a conference for work, leaving Jess alone in the apartment. She ends up renting a movie and bumps into Cat who recognises her and they go to the pub for a drink although Jess is hesitant. She sees Katie D and Noel there and feels uncomfortable. Noel stops Katie D from talking to Jess. Kate hides her stash when Katie D visits her room just to have a chat. Odey tells Lucy he wants her to move back in with him but she thinks it's too early for them yet. Sarah-Jane tells Carl she feels like they're an old married couple, which offends him.
EPISODE 918: Carrie asks Harvey if they have a future together and he says he loves her but can't believe the extent she has gone to, to get money! She returns to work and discovers who really sent the fraud squad and is furious. Dani finds her and Brad's joint bank account statement and finds he has employed a cleaner to keep cleaning Helen's apartment and angrily confronts him about whether he thinks she will be back. Ian tries to kiss Vanessa but she pulls away and says it's all too soon. Cat is furious Ian is really serious about seeing other people and ends up going for a coffee with Stuart, when he saves her from being almost mugged. Heather wants a repeat performance from Sam after the other day but he flirts with her then walks off.
EPISODE 917: Carrie and Harvey arrive back from their honeymoon and in front of everyone, they act like a happy couple but at home, he is still cross with her although they are now closer to the way they were. Mindi tries again to tell her she didn't call the fraud squad. Jess tells Graham she is staying away from Katie D as she is just trying to cause problems and Graham takes her out for dinner. Mindi tries to make amends with Vanessa when Lindsay comes over for dinner. Robbie tries to explain his actions to Vanessa but she doesn't want to listen and tells him he needs to sort out his life. She accepts a dinner date with Ian. Jim begs Karen to quit the job particularly for when her pregnancy gets further ahead and she isn't sure.
EPISODE 916: Katie D is furious when Jess stands up for her husband when they are talking and she says sometimes she deserves to be hit if she has done wrong. When Katie D protests that he shouldn't do it, she storms off. Tash learns about Sam and Heather's encounter and is hurt and ends up ignoring Sam's request for a dinner date. Mindi and Dani gossip about Vanessa moving into the hotel but don't see Vanessa behind them and an argument ensures. Kate tells Lucy she needs to see her dealer again and Lucy ends up taking her and gives into the temptation once again. Ian tells Robbie he'll win Vanessa over and a furious Robbie punches him. Vanessa tends to Ian's injury and Ian acts as if he doesn't know where he was punched.
EPISODE 915: Jim tries to make Karen see that her job is wearing her out and she needs to find a new one but she's says she's got attached to baby Douglas. Brad tells Tom that he doesn't know what to do to help his marriage to Dani and he suggests something new in the bedroom but Dani isn't in the mood which ruins their night. Amy's sister from her adopted family falls ill and Amy has to leave to look after her for a while but tells Tom to watch Kate. Heather is left fuming when Sam acts as if nothing happened between them and lets everyone around them know the truth. Noel tells Katie D to leave Jess alone as it's her decision if she wants to end her marriage. Robbie begs Vanessa for another chance but she says they need to cool off and she moves into the hotel with Lindsay for a few days.
EPISODES 913/914: Katie D and Noel discuss the situation with Jess and Graham and Noel feels Katie D is comparing it all too much with her sister Katie W's beating by her husband Lee two years ago. Katie D agrees but says she doesn't want anyone else to be treated that way. Vanessa tells Robbie he has changed too much lately and is constantly jealous. She says they need to cool things for a while. Karen spends the day with Jim in bed but Gwen keeps disturbing them by phoning. Brooke ends up agreeing to watch baby Douglas when Gwen has to go into Titan and realises this is what it would be like if she kept her baby. Kate's mood swings continue to concern Amy. Sam confronts Heather about being so mean all the time and they have a big confrontation in her office at Fidelity before sharing a passionate kiss and having sex in her office. Graham hits a devastated Jess and accuses her of having an affair. Josh feels the second year of college is getting too tough and Rebecca tries to help him with his work. Heather tries to get a deal with a famous singer to model for her. Dani is still down about the failed IVF treatment and Brad takes her to dinner to try and convince her things will look up. Dani admits she is still jealous of Helen because of the children she and Brad shares and she has nothing.
EPISODE 912: Katie D tells Jess she saw Graham grabbing her and asks if he is violent towards her which makes Jess embarrassed and she says no. Robbie bars Ian from the pub when he comes in for a drink and Ian tells Vanessa how unreasonable he is and Vanessa seems to be torn. Meanwhile, Jim is cross that his and Karen's wedding plans are halted because of her job and makes it known how cross he is when he goes to the pub with Tom and Brad. Karen tells Gwen she needs a rest for a day as she's exhausted. Amy tells Tom that Kate has changed and even thinks she is on something which Tom is sure isn't the case. Lucy avoids Kate. Sarah-Jane and Carl's party is a success except Heather shows up pretending to be friendly and Noel makes her leave. Graham leaves the party early and doesn't like the attention that Jess was getting from one of Carl's doctor friends.
EPISODE 911: Katie D calls round to see Sarah-Jane and Carl in their new home with Noel but gets a shock when she sees Graham violently grabbing his wife as they leave their apartment. Tash confronts Lucy about her friendship with Kate and that she suspects something is wrong but Lucy acts naive. Lucy tells Kate she's officially together with Odey and can't do drugs as he's a policeman. Cat burns the divorce papers in front of Ian and he throws her out the house. Vanessa notices Robbie's jealous streak and tells him he needs to calm down. Heather steals an invitation to attend Carl and Sarah-Jane's party. Stuart tries to kiss a stunned Brooke who tells him to leave. Amy tells Kate she feels their friendship is dying but Kate finds herself lying to her friend.
EPISODE 910: Jess thanks Katie D for throwing the dinner party and Katie D asks if everyone is okay between her and Graham and she assures her it is. However, as she goes for a shower, bruises cover her back. Tash hears from Tom about Kate's odd behaviour lately and asks Kate what she is doing with the money but Kate says it's her business. Tash notices Kate and Lucy are very close at the moment and is suspecious. But since she has been helping Les, she has been ignoring Sam! Robbie asks Vanessa about her meeting with Ian but she doesn't tell him about how Ian pledged his love for her. She finds herself having a dream about Ian. Meanwhile, Cat tells Ian she won't sign the divorce papers which makes him furious and he gives her some home truths.
EPISODE 909: Katie D throws a last minute dinner party and tells Noel before inviting Jess and Graham. While Graham is unsure, Jess convinces him to go. The evening is a success and Noel gets on with Graham but Katie D is suspecious. Graham gets drunk and when he gets back to the apartment, shouts at his wife. Tash hands over the money to Kate who ends up going straight to a dealer. When she shows up to the production talk drunk, Tom throws her out and tells her he's taking over until she sorts herself out. Tom speaks to Zarah who's still filming in India but is having a great time. Sarah-Jane organises a guest list for the party. Ian tells Vanessa the holiday has given him time to think about her and he still wants to be with her. Robbie sees them and is mad with jealousy.
EPISODE 908: Jess gets up earlier than normal to cook Graham a full english breakfast and he seems to be in a good mood today. Odey and Lucy sleep together. Brad and Dani host a dinner party for Tom, Mindi, Robbie and Vanessa. Jim is cross he and Karen can't do because she's looking after baby Douglas. Josh and Rebecca have a romantic night in. The residents gossip about the serial killer news but it terrifies Amy and she worries if a resident will soon be hurt. Sarah-Jane and Carl move into their new home. Gwen visits them with a little present while they discuss throwing a small party. Stuart ends up having dinner with Brooke when he goes to see her and there still seems to be some chemistry there.
EPISODES 906/907: Dani and Brad agree to wait a little and then try IVF treatment again. Jess goes out to groceries but doesn't have enough money and Katie D, standing behind her, lends her some and they have coffee together but Katie D is concerned by how quiet Jess is. Odey tells Lucy he wants a definite answer about whether they have a future together and she tells him she wants them to be together. Tash tells Les she will no longer be his agent and he tells Kate that if she wants money, she can go to Tash who funded her abortion. Kate is shocked and threatens to tell Tom about what his best friend has been up to and Tash agrees to give her one final sum of money. Ian returns home and Guy returns home, finally letting Josh relax. Cat confronts Ian when she gets divorce papers sent to her hotel room and he tells her he needs a fresh start. He asks Vanessa if she's happy with Robbie and says he still loves her. Another body is found close to Kalmarton Avenue and Odey raises the alarm that a serial killer is in their midst. Carl starts moving his things into the new apartment and Sarah-Jane tells Katie D she'll be moving out. At the Luxton apartment, Jess does dinner late and gets into an argument with Graham and he ends up hitting her.
EPISODE 905: Graham begins working at Fidelity and is soon flirting with Heather. Meanwhile, his wife Jess deals with unpacking the apartment and Graham shouts at his wife later that evening when he cannot find where she has put things. Meanwhile, Kate wants money now from Les who goes immediately to Tash and tells almost the whole truth (but not about the drugs) which leaves his agent horrified. Dani admits to Mindi she feels she has let Brad down and Mindi assures her that isn't the case. Gwen tells Carl she doesn't want Sarah-Jane to move in with them so Carl decides to buy the apartment Doug used to own which he left him in his will. Lucy gets cross with herself for using drugs and sleeps with Odey, who says he loves her but she doesn't say it back.
EPISODE 904: Tom tells Kate to sort herself out with her priorities as the next few months are important to make sure their movie is successful. Kate tells Les she wants more money for having the abortion and when he refuses, she threatens to go to the press. Josh sorts out guidelines for Guy while he stays at their apartment and he accuses him of being uptight. Dani and Brad are a bit distant from each other after the news Dani isn't pregnant. Brad tells her they will try again. Gwen tells Stuart to leave West Bridgford as there's nothing left for him here. Graham and Jess Luxton move into Jim and Karen's old apartment as they're renting it but Jess is very reserved. Sarah-Jane and Carl talk about moving in together.
EPISODE 903: Dani is devastated that she isn't pregnant. Mindi, who prepared a card and presents thinking she would be, has to hide them and tries to comfort her best friend. Josh talks to Cat about Guy going home and is cross he won't go until Ian's home. Lucy and Kate visit a dealer and Kate is surprised by Lucy's negotation skills but Lucy reveals she was a dealer once. Robbie finds a letter that Ian once wrote to Vanessa and finds himself jealous. Gwen tells Brooke she wants them to try and start talking again. Amy opens up to Tom about Jamie who angrily confronts him. Kate has a plan for Lucy to get money out of Les and Lucy says it sounds good. Odey tells Lucy he wants them to be together and he loves her and they sleep together.
EPISODE 902: Carrie and Harvey leave on honeymoon before Mindi can try and convince Carrie it wasn't her who alerted the fraud squad. Josh tries to sort out planning his coursework but Guy is becoming a distraction. Lucy is appalled she had drugs again but when Odey doesn't call her when he says he will, she goes back to see Kate and has more. Lucy says she'll look up some dealers for them both. A depressed Amy tries to talk to Kate about Jamie but she is too busy to listen. Brad and Dani begin IVF treatment and Dani takes a pregnancy test. Heather wants the building work on TJ's old shop done faster as she wants to open it. Tash and Sam have an awkward encounter. Tash asks Les the situation with the pregnant lady.
EPISODE 901: Amy confronts Jamie who admits he's with someone else and she slaps him and is upset as she's liked him for ages. Harvey and Carrie are sleeping in separate rooms which isn't good for a married couple. Now Carrie's in the clear from the fraud squad, the pair decide their honeymoon is needed to sort things out. Gwen makes it known to Stuart she's only talking to him so no-one is caught by the police. Josh is cross that Guy is using things and not putting them back. Rebecca has to talk to him about it. Kate's addiction is growing and no-one but Lucy is seeing. Lucy says she needs to stop but when she is offered some, the temptation is too great. Carrie's family go home. Mindi tries to talk to Carrie but she avoids her.
EPISODE 900: Carrie sorts out with Gwen and Stuart the photos before the fraud squad show up. Their plan is a success and they all agree not to mention it again. However, Carrie ends up opening up to Harvey when he questions her and he is stunned she would do such a thing. Amy is devastated when she picks up Jamie's cell phone the next morning and hears a woman's voice. Gwen is horrified when Stuart tries to kiss her. Guy has had enough of his mum and moves in with Rebecca and Josh until Ian gets home. Kate buys more cocaine and hides it in her room and blames it on her abortion. Tom wants to talk to her as the movie is almost completed as he's not happy that she's been missing work. Sam and Tash sleep together.
EPISODES 898/899: It's Carrie and Harvey's big day. As Mindi tries to recover from learning what Carrie has done, Tom is put in charge of collecting Carrie's parents from the airport but can't find them then eventually does. Meanwhile, Dani and Brad make preparations with the doctor for the IVF treatment. Elsewhere, the guests prepare to attend the church. Harvey sends Carrie her favourite flowers. As the time flies, everyone shows up at the church and watch as Carrie and Harvey get married. Everyone goes to the local golf club for the reception. Harvey catches up with Carrie's dad to thank him for the money he has "given" to Carrie and is surprised when he denies everything. Gwen sees men walking around the reception looking for Carrie and rushes to find Stuart. Kate gets completely drunk and Brooke tries to sort her out. Amy has a great time with Jamie and gets a kiss out of it. Meanwhile, as Harvey finds Carrie to confront her about the money, some men find her and tell her they're from the fraud squad and want to ask her about her recent transactions as they have received a tip-off. Carrie assumes Mindi told them and tries to explain as they question her. Gwen and Stuart realise they need to help her before they are blamed and tell them that Carrie did some modelling jobs for them a while ago and they were paying her now so that she could afford the wedding. The men agree to come back tomorrow to check Titan's books. Carrie thanks Gwen and Stuart and Mindi tries to tell her it wasn't her. Harvey doesn't know whether to believe his wife. Amy invites Jamie to stay the night. Kate takes some cocaine after the reception. Carrie decides to delay the honeymoon and Harvey is suspecious.
EPISODE 897: Josh is horrified to find that there is a minor case of german measules in college and insists on Rebecca not going until everything is fine, or else the baby could be endangered. When she feels ill, he rushes her to hospital but she is fine. The eve of the wedding which means hen and stag parties. Harvey gets completely drunk and is tied naked to a lampost while Brit dances with the male stripper and gets his number. Kate talks to Brooke about becoming a mother and Brooke realises Kate is pregnant but Kate says she had an abortion. Amy is delighted when Karen's brother Jamie agrees to go to the wedding with her. Heather uses Charlie to make Sam jealous when they are out to dinner and see Tash and Sam. Mindi corners Carrie about the money and demands an answer. Carrie reveals where it came from...
EPISODE 895/896: With the wedding drawer nearer, both Carrie and Harvey are excited, although Carrie's guilt over the money increases. Stuart assures her no-one will find out but Mindi is secretly spying on Carrie. Meanwhile, on the day of her abortion, Kate confines everything in Lucy, even using drugs, which shocks Lucy. Kate ends up going through with the abortion. Odey speaks to Lucy about not returning his calls but she says she wants things left casual to make sure he wants them to be together. Sarah-Jane tells Carl she loves him but if he won't have her, she has nothing left to stick around for, besides her gran. He says he loves her and the two agree to get back together. Noel visits the memorial statue and tries to dig a bit to see if Jack really is buried under it. Lucy is there for Kate when she leaves the hospital. Cat rents some movies for her and Guy to watch but he goes out instead and tells his mum he will never forgive her for ruining the family. Carrie searches for something blue. Stuart believes he and Gwen are drifting back together. Harvey's stag night is planned! Brooke seeks advice about adoption.
EPISODE 894: Dani and Brad visit the doctor together and find the NHS is starting to do IVF treatment and decide to give it a try. Kate is having second thoughts about the abortion and is left confused. Karen stops an argument between Jim and Gwen. Jim ends up sleeping back at their apartment and she convinces him to come back. Odey is upset that Lucy isn't returning his calls. Whilst talking to Tom, Kate uncovers Lucy's past drug addiction. Josh is getting stressed with the amount of homework he has. Ian leaves on holiday and Cat moves back in and tries to cook dinner for Guy, who is still not impressed. Robbie visits Becky's grave and apologises for being with Vanessa. Sam asks Tash out, and she accepts. Heather invites one of her employees, Charlie, home.
EPISODE 893: Kate's 24 hours end and she ends up telling Les she will have an abortion. He accompanies her to the clinic to book an appointment while Tash sorts out money for him. Cat decides to move back into the house while Ian is in holiday and he gets packing but Guy isn't happy he will be alone with his mum. Brit gets her maid of honour dress fitted. Vanessa and Robbie have a steamy encounter after they close the pub and end up having sex. Carl learns that Sarah-Jane is planning to leave but doesn't believe she will actually go. Odey tells Lucy he is falling in love with her which leaves her shocked and they go out for dinner and share a kiss after. Dani thinks Brad is being sarcastic as he looks at IVF information.
EPISODE 892: Les tries to make the deal with an appalled Kate but as always, he turns the situation to his advantage. He gives her 24 hours to make a decision. He looks at his bank account as well on the internet and lies to Tash about how much is there and she agrees to give him some money as long as he pays her back. Kate doesn't know what to do. Ian decides to get a clean break from the family and books a holiday but also speaks to Tom about having divorce papers sorted out. Sarah-Jane announces she's going back to America next weekend. Brit returns to the avenue to help Carrie with the final preparations for the wedding on Friday. Vanessa and Robbie plan to go as a couple to the wedding. Jim finds himself getting annoyed with Gwen.
EPISODE 891: Dani, Brad, Tom and Mindi all go out to celebrate their second marriage anniversairies although they are slightly late in doing so. They end up discussing the past two years which brings up bad memories for Dani and Brad. Brad tries to convince Dani he's serious about IVF treatment. Meanwhile, Les tells Tash he has made a girl pregnant and lies about the name and says he doesn't want a child. Not realising who it is, she tells him to get the girl to have an abortion and pay her to keep quiet if she isn't sure about the child either, particularly if he's serious about being famous as they need no skeletons in the closet. Ian is crushed to see Robbie and Vanessa out together and turns to Cat once again but finds she is going out on a date. Guy tells Rebecca the family's fallen apart again.
EPISODE 890: Sarah-Jane makes plans to return to America to continue the course she started over the summer and as the gossip spreads, Carl ignores any mention of Sarah's name so misses hearing it. While baby Douglas sleeps, Karen ends up snooping around the mansion and is almost spotted by Gwen. Brooke has a small dinner party at her house and invites Sam, Lucy, Odey, Katie D and Noel. Katie D questions Sam over his feelings for Tash which surprises him. Kate shows up at Les's apartment and reveals she is pregnant which leaves him stunned. He tells her he isn't sure what to do but doesn't want to be a father. She leaves furious and he calls Tash to arrange a meeting. Brad tells Dani they can do IVF treatment as it's what she wants, which causes an argument.
EPISODE 889: Brad reads an article about IVF treatment in the paper and isn't sure about it and talks to Tom about it over a game of golf. Kate tries to tell Amy about her pregnancy as she doesn't know who to tell but she is too busy discussing how she looks in the Fidelity fashion photos. Karen is cross at being late for work and Jim continues to move things in. Sarah-Jane is jealous when Carl invites another girl out to dinner. She wants to know how he feels and he says he's over her. She admits to Katie D there isn't anything else to keep her here. Katie D sees Tash and Sam talking and sees flirtation there. Carrie goes over the guest list again and calls Brit to make sure she can still come.
EPISODE 888: Still ill, Kate decides to take a pregnancy test and is horrified when it comes out positive. She ends up taking a second one to make sure and is shocked. Karen tells Jim about the job who is fuming. They agree to move into the summer house and rent out their apartment but Jim is still cross as he moves things in while Karen begins her first day. Stuart wants Brooke to not give up the unborn child for adoption but she refuses to listen. Tash directs one of her new clients to the hotel to stay but soon finds that she has fallen for Sam's charms and she tells him how sleazy he is. Lindsay sorts out dinner for Vanessa and Robbie which surprises the two. Brad is unsure when Dani shows him all the information she has found out about IVF treatment.
EPISODE 887: It's Kate's birthday and she finds many people have brought her gifts. Les visits her and has even some cocaine for her as well as her gift. She asks him to leave but isn't feeling well. Sarah-Jane tries to make things up to Carl and reveals she's dumped Gerald. However, Carl tries to act like he doesn't care to see how she really feels. Karen gets the job as baby Douglas' nanny and has to start tomorrow. However, Gwen tells her it's a 24/7 job and she will have to move in, causing problems. In the end, she offers her the summer house to live in and she accepts but doesn't know how to tell Jim. Stuart visits Brooke to discuss the baby and she reveals she's giving it up for adoption when it's born. Tash wants to get back into the dating game.
EPISODE 886: Robbie apologises to Vanessa for being so forward. They go out for dinner to talk and decide to take things slow. Meanwhile, Josh and Rebecca return to college and find many of their friends are repeating while Lindsay and Louis begin their last year of primary school. Brad is pleased the children are fine. Kate shouts at Les for letting her take cocaine and he realises she likes it. On the eve of her birthday, she sleeps with him again but tells Amy she needs to get away from him. Gwen has problems with baby Douglas and decides she needs a nanny and puts out an advertisement. Both Lucy and Karen plan to try and get the job. Jim is cross to find Sam in an awkward position with one of the dancers in his office.
EPISODE 885: Robbie avoids Vanessa the next morning and keeps working. He reveals what's happened to Odey and admits he does have feelings for Vanessa but Becky hasn't been dead long. The two men realise the same thing is happening to them, as Odey likes Lucy. Brad goes to the hospital with Dani and the children to make sure the children don't have a heart problem inherited by him after he sees Adam having cramps after playing football. Sarah-Jane tells Gerald she can't be with him anymore. Kate is cross with herself that she is still attracted to Les and ends up going out with him but ends up trying cocaine again...but this time she's sober! Vanessa packs her and Lindsay's belongings realising she has made a fool of herself but Robbie stops her as she tries to leave and they kiss.
EPISODE 884: Kate recovers from the previous evening but finds she is very relaxed, until Les shows up to see her. She can't believe he gave her drugs but he says it was to loosen her up and it seems to have worked which she agrees on. When Amy asks her how her evening was, she lies about what went on. Sarah-Jane has a dream about Carl and tries to make amends with him but he is still mad she went off with someone just after he proposed. Heather and Gwen have a press conference to discuss Gwen having baby Douglas and pretend to be friends so that they are believed and lie about why Gwen is having custody. Lucy moves in with Brooke and the two have fun sorting out Lucy's stuff. Odey realises he doesn't like being alone. Robbie and Vanessa have dinner and she decides to confess her feelings but it goes wrong.
EPISODE 883: As it's Friday night, Les takes Kate out but they end up at a party. Les gets Kate completely drunk and ends up getting her to try cocaine. The hospital is buzzing with news of Carl's argument with Sarah-Jane the night before and the head superior calls them in for a meeting and tells them to sort things out. However, Sarah-Jane doesn't want to speak to Carl. Rebecca gets concerned she is getting fat and Josh throws a toga party, saying it'll be the last party they attend for ages, which is a success although the residents in the apartment block are annoyed by the noise. Lucy and Brooke have coffee together as Brooke tries to broaden her friendship group and Lucy ends up agreeing to move in with her so she can give Odey some time alone.
EPISODES 881/882: Kate reels from discovering Les takes drugs and avoids his calls but when he shows up at her house, she has to hear him out. He begs her for another chance and his easy persuading leads her to give him another chance. Gwen and Patricia sort out their plans for the Christmas fashion show. Carl runs into Sarah-Jane and Gerald at the pub where he is with Odey and he gets drunk, leading him to reveal to the entire pub his feelings for Sarah and how hurt and depressed he is. He even insults her which leads to a near fight with Gerald before Odey takes him home. Vanessa hugs Robbie to thank him for letting her stay and he stops himself from kissing her. While asleep, he has a dream involving Becky who tells him to move on but he explains he loves her and doesn't want to forget her. Meanwhile, Josh and Rebecca enrole for their second year in college and Josh talks to his tutor about resitting certain exams. They also make a final decision about what to do when the baby arrives and explain it to Cat and Ian. Gwen announces to the family that she will be taking baby Douglas from Heather and will adopt him, leading Noel to be concerned about what she's planning.
EPISODE 880: Heather challenges Gwen and Patricia to a fashion show competition in Florida this Christmas. The three have a press conference to announce the news. Kate goes to a party with Les but when he vanishes, she goes upstairs to find him, and finds him snotting cocaine in a bedroom. Meanwhile, Sarah-Jane manages to track down Carl at work to try and explain her relationship with Gerald but he isn't in the mood to listen to her. Mindi confronts Stuart to find out the truth and he lies to her but his story differs from Carrie's. Brooke breaks down in front of her mum when they have another talk, and admits she feels alone. Gwen tells Heather she can have money in exchange for Douglas. She tells Sam he'll get full custody of his son but is appalled when he reveals he doesn't really want a child.
EPISODE 879: Noel is surprised at how close Brooke and Katie D are becoming. Mindi confronts Carrie about her meeting with Stuart and Carrie lies to her cousin, but Mindi knows she is lying. Carl goes to the airport to meet up Sarah-Jane instead of Katie D but gets a shock when Sarah comes through the arrival gates kissing another man. The journey back to Kalmarton Avenue is very uncomfortable and some of the residents want to hear about her summer in the States. Jill returns home but tells Robbie she believes there are feelings between him and Vanessa and if so, go ahead as he deserves happiness. Lucy and Tash spend the day together to sort out their friendship and Lucy is surprised to see Tash is a casual smoker.
EPISODE 878: Noticing Brooke is all alone without TJ, Heather tries to offer her friendship which appalls Brooke. In the end, Brooke spends time with Katie D as both feel they need to get to know the other. Discovering that Heather is also trying to persuade another worker to switch to Fidelity, Vanessa goes to a furious Gwen with the news, leading to a showdown again between the woman. Stuart gives Carrie her money and Mindi sees them together. Carl learns that Sarah-Jane is coming back to town tomorrow. Becky's mum Jill turns up to see Robbie and brings baby Jonathon but is dismayed to see Vanessa and Lindsay living with him and she secretly asks him what's going on. Kate tries to explain her complicated relationship with Les to a confused Amy.
EPISODE 877: Heather tells Gwen that if she doesn't give him money for Douglas, she will announce who Carl's real father is. Gwen decides to just go along with her commands. Heather also approaches Vanessa and asks if she'd like to join her team at Fidelity but she says she needs to think about it. Les asks Kate if they're allowed to see other people in their relationship and she furiously says no. Carrie tells Stuart she wants the rest of the money and he tells her she'll get it tomorrow. Ian asks Vanessa out for dinner and she agrees as friends but has to cancel when the pub is busy and Robbie is under-staffed. Noel and Katie D decide what'll happen if Jack's body is found. Carl gets an email from Sarah-Jane and is happy, although he is upset she hasn't contacted him earlier.
EPISODE 875/876: It's the day of TJ's move to Ireland with Jennie and he is shocked to find a huge party has been thrown. However, Lucy has arranged it as a toga party but the details get changed by Tash and she ends up being the only one wearing a toga and is embarrassed. Odey uses the opportunity of everyone there to show how his walking is improving. Stuart gives Heather a copy of the videotape and tells her to watch it when she doesn't believe he spoke to Mike. Gwen tells Heather to give Sam custody of Douglas since he and the family would care for him better but she wants money as well for giving him up, which leaves Gwen appalled. Les shows up at the party to see Kate who is still mad with him but he publicly announces their relationship and she changes her mind. Ian tells Cat he thinks they should temporaily separate and see other people and then decide what to do. Vanessa drags Robbie to the party to liven his spirits. Noel tells Katie D how much he is in love with her and will keep her secret. Mindi tells Tom she's dropping the complaint against Dr King. TJ leaves for Ireland with his new family and Brooke returns to her new home alone.
EPISODE 874: Kate boasts about her new relationship but gets a shock when she reads an article from a magazine with Les, who says he isn't seeing anyone and she angrily confronts him. Meanwhile, when almost all the balloons pop at Lucy's apartment for the party tomorrow, Lucy buys new ones and spends the day blowing them up and she loses her voice. Stuart returns to West Bridgford and secretly meets with Gwen and gives her a videotape which Gwen watches and it's of Mike revealing Heather's past to Stuart and also why he's in Germany. Stuart reveals how much he had to paid for Mike to confess. An angry Guy confronts Vanessa after realising she isn't bothered about his father anymore and she confesses she likes someone else. Cat tells Ian the only way their marriage can survive is to remarry and forget the past.
EPISODE 873: The residents turn out in force to the local crown court for the sentencing of the men who organised the plane bombing on May Day, which killed their friends. Robbie, Odey and TJ are particularly upset and after the trial, Robbie gets drunk and is comforted by Vanessa and they get closer. Odey also seeks comfort from Lucy as memories of Laura flow back. Kate goes out with Les again and tells Amy how much she likes him. Meanwhile, Mindi is thrilled when Tom's parents come over for dinner and everyone gets on. Plans for a May Day memorial begin to be discussed. Dani and Brad discuss IVF treatment but realise it will be expensive, although Brad sees how much she wants a baby. Cat tries to manipulate Ian and asks if he wants to get together with the woman whose husband killed his brother but then Guy asks Ian if he wants to get back together with the woman who committed adultery with his brother and lied about their child's father!
EPISODE 872: Gwen is worried that Stuart still isn't home from Germany but keeps her worries secret. Harvey takes Carrie out to dinner to celebrate the money they have. Through Heather, Harvey manages to get a famous designer to design Carrie's dress and Carrie is overjoyed. Guy tells Vanessa to act now while Cat is at the hotel and see Ian but Vanessa is uneasy. Kate goes out with Les once again and ends up sleeping with him. Rebecca goes out with some friends from college but realises the limits that pregnancy has caused. Brooke and TJ sort out the arrangements for the house and he decides to rent it out to her incase he returns. Dani changes doctors to show Mindi she cares but is soon asking the new doctor about IVF treatment.
EPISODE 871: Harvey is shocked once again when he finds Carrie has managed to pay off most of his loan from the bank, which also leads one of Carrie's co-workers to get suspecious and she checks back the books to make sure Carrie hasn't been stealing. Gwen waits by the phone for Stuart to call and wants all calls diverted and Brooke is upset when she tries to see her mum for a talk but Gwen is busy waiting and Brooke thinks her mum still hates her. Lucy tries to take over as the party organiser to show she has changed. Amy and Harvey do some more modelling for Fidelity but have to act as a couple in the photos. Cat tells Ian she thinks their reconcillation hasn't been a good idea and he shouts at Guy while Cat heads to stay at the hotel for a few days to think.
EPISODE 870: Carrie and Harvey find the perfect place for their reception and put down a deposit, but Harvey is shocked at the money Carrie produces. She reveals it's from her dad. Mindi thinks it's a waste of money trying to stop Dr King as she thinks no-one supports her and gets depressed about it. Stuart leaves for Germany. Gwen thanks Carrie for her help and Carrie is furious other people know what she did as she's ashamed. Heather is pleased by the success of Fidelity and has a steamy encounter with one of her workers at work. Kate is upset Les hasn't called since their date, but finds Amy accidentally forgot to give her a message. Tom, Tash, Brad and Lucy organise TJ's farewell party. Brooke worries about what'll happen after TJ's departure.
EPISODE 869: Stuart exchanges a quarter of a million pounds to Carrie for the information she has and promises her the rest when he has found who the cheque belongs to. She wants it kept secret and he agrees. He books a plane ticket to Germany and tells Gwen what he's been up to, which leaves her slightly shocked. Carrie hides the money at home from Harvey. They look at places to hold their reception. Vanessa and Robbie discuss Becky, and Vanessa sees how much he is still in love with her. Guy gloats as he reveals to Cat how Ian lied to her and was actually seeing Vanessa, which leaves Cat furious. Ian confronts his son over his hatred for his mother. Mindi finds that a lot of doctors are aware of her complaint against Dr King and many are backing him.
EPISODES 867/868: Stuart learns from Harvey about Carrie's job and how desperate they are for money, purely by chance. He approaches Carrie and offers her half a million pounds to go into Heather's account and trace her cheques, since he is determined to find Mike, the one person who could destroy Heather. Carrie is left torn but temptation gets the better of her and she secretly goes into Heather's account. Stuart assures Gwen he will have ruined Heather within the next two weeks. Carrie is almost caught by a friend in Heather's account but she tells herself she is only doing it for her wedding. Cat becomes the latest person to become a barmaid for Robbie, so that the family will have more money. However, she quits by the end of the day after a row with Vanessa. Meanwhile, Vanessa has a dream about Robbie and finds herself drawn to him, but at the same time, Guy wants help in splitting his parents. Heather launches her new fashion line, Fidelity, to the media and public and is determined to do better than Titan. Gwen puts Vanessa in charge of an important photoshoot which goes wrong. Mindi finds herself a victim of harassment when she bumps into Dr King in town.
EPISODE 866: Heather has now brought TJ's shop and he begins to pack up his belongings. Jennie demands to know if he is in love with Brooke but he tells her no and he is only being a good friend. A reluctant Gwen approaches Stuart for help on finding out things she can expose about Heather and he agrees to go undercover. Kate and Les (the presenter) go out for dinner and then end up going back to Kate's room. Rebecca starts doing some homework for college set before the summer holidays. Guy confronts Ian over his meeting with Vanessa. Meanwhile, a drunken Vanessa almost kisses Robbie when they lock up the pub together. Carl and Tash have dinner together and Tash tries to kiss him after the meal, but he isn't looking.
EPISODE 865: Heather reveals her plans for TJ's shop when she buys it, it's being converted into a bar! When Robbie hears the news, he worries if he'll be affected due to her celebrity status. Brooke tells TJ she'll buy his house when he lets people view it and she tells him she's cross he didn't offer her first refusal, but it seems he still has feelings for her. Tash sees Kevin out with another woman and angrily confronts him. Jim and Karen announce they're remarrying and Carrie is furious and thinks they'll upstage her wedding and wants her better. Amy has some photos taken of herself in lingerie for Fidelity as it launches soon for extra money and hopes she'll get more media work. Kate goes on tv to talk about the movie and goes for a drink after with the presenter when they get on well.
EPISODE 864: With Rebecca nearing four months being pregnant, Josh is determined to make sure the baby is fine until then as he reads the rate of miscarriages is high in the first three months. Tash is furious when Kevin doesn't reply to her text messages. Heather tries to get Sam to go out for a drink with her, he refuses but is she after him or a way to get custody of Douglas? Sam is pleased with the way that the casino is being built. Lucy approaches him for a job when it opens. Noel buys Heather's shares in the hotel, leaving Katie D delighted and the whole staff celebrate! Odey reveals his fears to Lucy who agrees to give him more time. Vanessa meets Ian for a coffee and they talk, and Guy discovers Ian lied to Cat about where he was.
EPISODE 863: Stuart asks Heather to split TJ's company between them and she laughs, making him angry. Brooke worries about who will accompany her to anti-natal classes when TJ is gone. Jennie finds it odd that TJ was so cross to Brooke and confronts him about how he feels. Brad is out of hospital but finds Dani won't have sex with him yet as she's worried about his heart. Katie D and Amy hold a party and Tash ends up talking with a miserable Carl but ends up pulling Karen's brother Kevin, leaving Amy furious as she still likes him. Kate kisses a shocked Carl. Gwen asks Tom for her chances in the custody battle and Tom is positive they'll win but Gwen decides to make sure she will. Karen and Jim discuss remarrying.
EPISODE 861: Noel and Katie D go to the cinema with Carl and bring Kate along, hoping to get them together but nothing happens. Katie D sees the film which is about murder and thinks she should confess to the police. Elsewhere, some people have been arrested in connection with the May Day bombings and Odey finds out the men say they are terrorists. He visits them and comes face to face with the men who killed his son. Vanessa and Ian meet at the pub and talk, whilst at home, Guy tries to put things into Cat's head about Ian's feelings for Vanessa. Noel and Katie D end up in bed after the movie but Noel seems more hesitant on touching his girlfriend and she realises he finally accepts what she's done and is devastated.
EPISODE 860: Brad remains in hospital the following day as tests are done, and Carl suspects he has a heart murmur. Rebecca and Josh go out for lunch and he tells her when the baby is born, he's finishing college so she can go back as she has the potential for a good job. Odey and his team deal with the aftermath when a body is found close to Kalmarton Avenue and he thinks it's connected to a murder case from June. Harvey's searching for another job to make sure he can repay the money from the bank. Guy talks to his dad about Vanessa, a subject Ian is uncomfortable about. Mindi meets with Tom's mum to try and find a way for Tom to speak to his parents again. Amy asks Tash if she would become her agent after she falls out with her current agent and Tash agrees.
EPISODE 859: Dani and Brad hold a pool party as the temperature rises and everyone has a good time. Guy corners Vanessa and says he wants her to help split up his parents as he hates his mum and he knows Ian still likes Vanessa. Rebecca and Josh get their AS results and Josh is quite disappointed while Rebecca does very well. Noel gets Kate and Carl talking at the pool party and hopes his brother will get over Sarah-Jane. Stuart offers TJ more money for the shop and when Heather finds out, she offers TJ more and Stuart can't afford to go any higher. Harvey approaches Heather for modelling work when she launches her clothes' line, Fidelity. Brad collaspses by the side of the pool and an ambulance is caused and a horrified Dani thinks it's a heart attack. Mindi moves a traumatised Adam from the scene as he saw Brad collaspse.
EPISODE 858: The summer heat is getting hotter and Dani plans a pool party for tomorrow. Brad is keen but is suffering problems with his heart. Mindi invites Amy over for dinner to try and sort out the problems and it actually goes well. Mindi also puts in a complaint at the doctors' surgery which doesn't go down well. Stuart speaks to TJ about buying the shop since he hates doing the shifts at the pub and even gets cross with Robbie. Cat, Ian and Guy return from Spain tanned. Cross that Cat is so brown, Vanessa uses fake tan, which leaves her looking orange. She realises though that the Reid family is now happy and she should leave them alone. Heather sees Stuart with TJ and tells TJ she'll buy the shop, leaving TJ furious.
EPISODE 857: Mindi wants action taken against Dr King when Louis suffers an allergic reaction from his new medicine and Tom has to rush him to hospital. The hospital tell Tom they're not impressed with Dr King's methods as well. Karen tells a shocked but delighted Jim she is pregnant with his child. Seeing the pair so happy, Tash decides she needs to get on with her life. Brooke is cross when Stuart offers to help her when TJ is gone and she tells him to get lost. Katie D tells Noel they should have time apart for him to think about what she's said but he tells her he still loves her. Lucy and Odey go out for a drink and he stands in front of her, and she is impressed. Amy goes to the hospital to see Louis and ends up talking to Tom.
EPISODE 856: Dani goes to see Dr King (the one Mindi doesn't like) to find out more about IVF treatment. Meanwhile, Mindi also goes for the doctor to change Louis' hay fever as it is getting worst. Elsewhere, Josh and Rebecca get worried with their AS results soon to be published. Heather speaks to TJ as she is interested in his shop. Noel and Carl are shocked to find Gwen has gone to a national newspaper to express her hatred for Heather and she has revealed most of the family secrets, leaving Sam red faced. The doctor is very popular today as Karen visits him as she's used a pregnancy test and thinks she's pregnant but after her accident last year, she wasn't supposed to be able to have children.

EPISODES 854/855: A week has passed since the season 7 finale and Tom is still reeling with Amy's revealtion. Even on her birthday, he is unable to face his long-lost sister and instead concentrates on the movie's post production. Mindi is worried about him. Meanwhile, Rebecca is happy at how enthusiasic Josh is towards future parenthood while the rest of her family are in Spain. Vanessa and Lindsay return from a health farm, and Vanessa helps Robbie in the pub and they are close. Louis starts to get into skateboarding and tries to teach Lindsay. Elsewhere, Carl is still down after Sarah-Jane left and Gwen tries to get him to cheer up. In Ireland, TJ decides to move there to be with Jennie and their son James. Upon his return to the avenue, Brooke admits she feels betrayed he's leaving as she has no-one to help her. TJ's library/cafe goes up for sale. At the hotel, Noel and Katie D are talking and Katie D thinks Noel doesn't accept what she's done.
